Had a pleasant experience with Ferdotti’s this week. Their customer service is exemplary, they were very helpful and professional throughout. They did their best to help me get back on the road as soon as possible despite being a very busy garage. But they got my car repaired quicker than expected! Brad was great at keeping me updated with repair along the way too. The complimentary car wash was also a lovely touch after a stressful week :) A big thank you to all the team members that worked on my car and helped me feel at ease with the whole process.

So I actually won an MOT & Service at an auction which was kindly gifted by this company for a fundraiser. I know some companies to have taken advantage by 'fixing' additional costs to recoup revenue. But these guys were bang on from start to finish - with an early morning call to remind me of my appointment, to the welcome at reception right through to the MOT (passed!) & service. They even washed the car which wasnt on the itinerary! Shout out to MD Tim for his personal welcome and Brad for his work and professionalism. Will defo be back, thanks guys!

Went here for the first time due to having an issue with my Brake Servo system on Audi. I was really impressed with the service received. Brad who look after me was fantastic and kept me informed. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Great garage fixed my hand brake in a day or 2 no problem after mnths of another garage ripping me off saying it was this and that and still not sorting it out defo be using him for all my car troubles from now on.

Mr Gill is so knowledgeable and very helpful, not like these other garages who will tell you 101 things wrong with the car to milk more money out of you. Workmanship is top notch, very quick and reliable, my go to garage for any car problems.

I had my bmw 3 series steering rack replaced by them, took around ten days to locate the part and fit it. It was a difficult job but it got sorted by them professionally and is now all good. They even changed my dipped beam headlight for me for free before I drove it home. Overall great friendly professional service, happy and would recommend. It’s very difficult to trust a garage but I’ll be bringing my car here from now on.

Had a MOT here and the staff was very professional and friendly, hot drinks provided and a seating area, was very happy with the professionalism at this establishment, The prices are fair too, will be returning for servicing and future MOTs.

It’s always a struggle to find the right garage for your repairs as I have being to other garages and it’s always high prices or they can’t find out the problem I can honestly say AV auto centre is the best garage I have found any time me or my family need repairs or any services doing when I drop my car of I feel stress free there is no hidden charges and the prices are very fair and the work is always done right. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE TO EVERYONE Came here for a Seat Cupra light which 8 other mechanics could not sort out, when I came here the main man (owner) looked at at it and knew what the issue was, was booked in the following day and light was sorted. Great Work Team

Absolutely amazing service - I had travelled up from stoke when my engine light started coming on. Turns out the flywheel was on its way so at midday I tried multiple garages around West Brom to see if there was any way anyone could get it fixed today. No one was able to help, but Av auto centre got me in ASAP, all the guys here super friendly and they were totally honest in saying what parts I did and didn't need replacing, . Totally recommend and in all honesty I'm half considering making the drive up here next time my car needs to go into the garage because the service has been much better than I've ever received elsewhere! Thank you guys see you soon 10/10 service :)))))))))))

If you need something done to your car this is the place to go. No job too big or small. Recently had some major problems with a complicated V6 mercedes... not only did we get to the bottom of the problem, but the guys actually recommended a few fixes to start that would cost very little. Top notch service.
