Went here for the first time due to having an issue with my Brake Servo system on Audi. I was really impressed with the service received. Brad who look after me was fantastic and kept me informed. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

So I actually won an MOT & Service at an auction which was kindly gifted by this company for a fundraiser. I know some companies to have taken advantage by 'fixing' additional costs to recoup revenue. But these guys were bang on from start to finish - with an early morning call to remind me of my appointment, to the welcome at reception right through to the MOT (passed!) & service. They even washed the car which wasnt on the itinerary! Shout out to MD Tim for his personal welcome and Brad for his work and professionalism. Will defo be back, thanks guys!

Had a pleasant experience with Ferdotti’s this week. Their customer service is exemplary, they were very helpful and professional throughout. They did their best to help me get back on the road as soon as possible despite being a very busy garage. But they got my car repaired quicker than expected! Brad was great at keeping me updated with repair along the way too. The complimentary car wash was also a lovely touch after a stressful week :) A big thank you to all the team members that worked on my car and helped me feel at ease with the whole process.

First visit to Ferdotti and I must say I felt very welcome, they treated me so kindly and allowed me to use their meeting room facility to log into the work laptop whilst they a looked at my car. The lovely lady on reception was beyond helpful and very polite. Ian who looked at the car had explained to me exactly what they were going to do and what to expect. Ian advised it will take a few hours to conduct the work and I was happy to wait for several hours which was not an issue. Highly recommend their first class service and If I knew this garage had existed some time ago of would of used their services over the existing years.
