The manager, AHMED, went above and beyond to ensure that my car issue was diagnosed quickly and clearly. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave me a transparent breakdown of the costs—no hidden surprises. The work was completed promptly, and my car is now running perfectly. I also appreciated the regular updates I received throughout the process, which gave me peace of mind. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, making the whole experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend Halfords Auto Centre, especially under the excellent management of AHMED. Their level of service, attention to detail, and customer care are second to none.
