Tyre punctured with a bolt in the road on my motability vehicle. Conrad was excellent and reassuring on the phone and when I arrived. Within 15-20 minutes it was fixed,great friendly professional communication from Neo with regards to tyre replacement and balancing . Fab job thanks Gents.
Excellent service. Very prompt and I was kept informed with what was going on. Everyone I met there was very courteous with me and other customers.
Car failed MOT and was able to get new tyres fitted in about 30 minutes. Probably would have been quicker if we didn't have the locking wheel nuts hidden away. Staff were nice and really good at what they do. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.
Always go to this place if any problems with my car and they always check it over within 15/20 minutes. Any repairs are done perfectly and in short time period. Really professional and helpful staff.
