Great service. Previously I’ve always used main dealer for my car, but Barrett’s Canterbury’s online booking didn’t work, so I thought I’d give F1 a try. Simple online booking, chose a slot and paid online. Took my car in for it’s MOT and it was done whilst I waited, the result was a pass and an advisory on the brake pads - no pushy sales, just a note to say consider bringing it in sometime over the next couple of months. Very happy, will make sure I use F1 Autocentres Canterbury again.
Amazing service. Rung to say I had a screw in my tyre and if they could help me out which they could. Puncture was repaired within the hour at a great price. Thanks very much
Process to arrange Fitting 3 tyres was excellent Arrived at the centre 5 minutes early and greeted well by the fitters .. within 50 mins all 3 tyres were fitted .. exceptonal Sevice .. thankyou
I have taken my car to Formula One in Canterbury for many years now, and have always had good service, I would recommend to a friend.
Had a set of tyres fitted following issues with the old set wearing unevenly, the guys in Canterbury were helpful, friendly and sorted the issue, car now drives perfectly, spurred me on to arrange to have my van air con re-gassed with them as I trust they’ll do a good job.
