Car developed a horrible grinding noise in the front near side wheel. Took it to Kwik Fit and they managed to fit it in same day. Turned out to be a stone lodged behind the brakes. They sorted it out straight away and phoned me up to come pick it up with no charge for doing the work. Really appreciate the excellent service provided!

They managed get me in last minute on Christmas Eve, following a failed MOT at another location. My car was fixed while I waited, they were so quick! And passed its MOT. Everything was thoroughly explained, was made to feel comfortable and in good hands, and the price was really reasonable! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

I recently had an excellent experience at Kwik Fit in Dover, thanks to Andy. I pulled in without an appointment due to an issue with my tire, and Andy was incredibly helpful. He quickly assessed all my tires and demonstrated impressive knowledge about the problem. Not only did he notice that my rear tire was out of shape, but he also efficiently switched it for my spare and swapped the alloys without any hassle. After being left with a dead car battery, no way to get to a garage and a newborn in tow, Kwik Fit Dover came to the rescue. They were polite, informative and incredibly helpful. Not only did a mechanic come to our house due to my circumstances, but they were able to fix the issue at the workshop later that day for a reasonable cost. Shout out to Andy and Jack who were absolutely fantastic.
