We've tried a few garages in Dover all of which haven't had our full confidence so we spent time looking round for a garage/getting other peoples opinions. We could make our minds up till we walked in Empire Motors & immediately were confident this was the garage for us. It's clean, open plan so you can see what's going on, the guy that we spoke to was friendly, polite & efficient. He booked our car in for a service/front brakes & we didn't have a long wait before it had to bring back. He gave us a price & explained exactly what was done on the service they do. Admittedly it was slightly more expensive than some garages but they do more on their service than the cheaper ones & the cheaper ones don't tell you that!!!! When we collected it he explained what was done, showed us the parts he replaced (I really should book it in for regular services after seeing the state of the pollen filter!). He also picked up our battery needed replacing. We hadn't told him we knew that already, we just thought we'd see if they picked up on it. They charged the battery up as much as was possible whilst it was there at no cost too. The whole garage has a very professional, efficient, knowledgeable feeling to it. We've booked the car in again for the battery & other bits too. I'm so glad we waited, shopped around & found thus little gem of a garage.

Brilliant service! I took my Mini 50 Clubman in first thing this morning to have the rear brake pads replaced, done by 12.30pm., no more grinding noises!! The guys were friendly & helpful, will definitely use Empire Motors again.

Absoutely fantastic service from the first time we spoke to Dean good phone manner and very helpful quick response to our dilemma being stuck in Dover because our turbo pipe had split Dean ordered the part quickly and we had our car back by 3 o'clock the same day. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend this garage on excellent work and very good price for the work and friendly service.

Great friendly service. Took my car to Empire Motors after I believed it had a wrong diagnosis from another local garage. Empire Motors quickly found the proper issue and repaired it quickly at a very reasonable price. My new local trustworthy garage and one I certainly recommend.
