I inquired about an MOT at 12:30, was promptly booked in, and had the necessary repairs completed, allowing me to collect my vehicle by 16:00 the same day. We have used Miles for a number of times for our landrover which has been very fair, clear and well done every time. On Wednesday I was in a bit of a pickle having gone through the Sainbury's carwash that wrecked my left hand mirror. I called the garage and they offered to have a look at it. I drove across and John (?) said to go back to the garage and see if the back of the mirror was still there and if so he would refit it for me. If I hadnt done that, it would have cost in excess of £400 for a new one! I didnt end up returning to the garage as I retrieved the back of my mirror from the carwash gutter :-) and my husband managed to slot it back on. Great service and advice once again! Thank you!
