We broke down as we were about to board the ferry at Dover. J S Autoworks were recommended and saved our holiday by replacing the master cylinder on the clutch the next day. Andy came to meet the recovery truck after hours and was incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout what was a stressful time. They had ordered the part before we even got the car there and carried out the work efficiently and finished by lunchtime which allowed us to get on a ferry 24 hours after our original booking. Amazing service and really friendly people too. Highly recommended.

Took in Ford fiesta for repair due to leaking coolant. Issue was Diagnosed quickly..I then wanted to use warranty as just bought car, which brought up some issues.. these guys gave me some advice on how to deal with it, and eventually the work was paid for by dealer i bought car from... thankful for your advice. I booked my car in for its MOT and the process was smooth and easy from start to finish. During the day there were a few issues that came up with car. Lou kept me informed of these including the replacement tyre which both herself and Jon went to great lengths to sort out. Jon also sorted out some other problems that needed to be taken care of. Once the MOT was complete Lou talked me through the various advisories clearly and answered my questions. A completely smooth process, excellent communication, an extremely competitive price.
