Fantastic garage. I've been using them for 7 years and find it worth travelling from Totton to keep using them for mots and servicing. Great value and really kind and helpful staff.

The team at Shirley Garage Services have been fantastic, our car was recovered to them out of hours. Despite not having it booked in prior, the team found time next day to diagnose the fault. I was supported in making decisions about repair and given options throughout. It felt honest and I was given time to consider options.

An engine light and a dashboard warning light kept intermittently lighting up. The fault in the car could not be detected even though it had been to a car repair garage twice for this problem. The result was that I started up the car to go out on a day and both lights came on and remained on and the car sputtered down the road for a couple of miles without returning to a smooth drive or the warning lights going off. I thought it was going to break down on the busy road! As chance would have it, the nearest car repair garage to me was Atlanta Garage which I turned into in desperation, leaving the car there, pretty worried at that stage as to what was wrong with it. As the warning lights had been intermittently coming on and off for a good few weeks. I collected the car a day later with the problem having been correctly diagnosed and solved. The car is now running beautifully. No more intermittent worrying warning lights and now a pleasure to drive with peace of mind that the car is working. Thank you to Nick and his team, you are brilliant! My car will always come back to you from now on!

My car's engine malfunction light had been coming on for months before I came to Nick and his team. When I bought the car, it was still under warranty and as the light was coming on then, the original garage I bought it from fitted a new timing chain, replaced the evap sensor, and a vacuum pipe. The engine light still came on sporadically after this, until it started happening more frequently and then I started to notice a dip in the car's performance. I took it to a different garage as it was no longer under warranty, who found there was a loose inlet pipe and adjusted this. The drive did feel better after this but the engine light would still come on, then went off again. Each time it was diagnosed it read the same error code, a fault with the camshaft sensors. I took it back to the previous garage who then tried replacing the camshaft sensors but the light still came on after that. They told me their next step would be to replace the timing chain, but as this had already been done, I felt I was going round in circles, so I decided I needed a Vauxhall specialist. I'd read all the great reviews about Atlanta Garage and gave them a call. Nick was so knowledgeable. I could tell he really listened to my account of the history of issues I've had with trying to get this solved. He spoke with expertise and I got the sense he deals with this kind of thing frequently. His team ran a full diagnosis, identified and fixed the problem. I picked my car up the next day. It drives absolutely lovely now and the problem I've spent months of time and money on is finally fixed. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you so much!

I have used Best Autocentres in Eastleigh for a number of years and for a number of different vehicles. Their service is excellent, which is why I have continued to use them. This week they went out of their way to obtain the right parts for my Suzuki Grand Vitara and lent me a courtesy car when the work took longer than expected. My truck failed its MOT today and while I am dissapointed its clear that NFA have been more thorough than the MOT I had last week which failed on totally different parts. They are doing their best to get the parts (USA) and redo the MOT next week and all the guys there are pleasant and professional.

Dean and his team of mechanics are absolutely brilliant. They are thorough also informative. I am lucky i work on ny race motorcycle. But Dean and his team know Fiat like i know my race bike. Twice I have picked my car up from Small Car Services and it is a different car. Dean and his team are so knowageable and so experienced. They do the their best to explain problems to customers, something most garages don't do only give you a price. I would never go to my local garage ever again. PERFECTION The difference between the ordinary and the extordinary is that little extra. Small car services do that little extra, but it is all the extra you need. I can't say more about the the team from the receptionist to the mechanics, they all deserve the upmost credit. Also thank you for being honest for work that is essential and work that can wait. 5* is not enough, I would give this company double that. Can’t recommend this place more! Such good customer service, they have so much knowledge and were able to find what needed fixing with my heating that a different car garage previously couldn’t. So friendly and accommodating. I traveled over an hour to the garage and can say it was 100% worth it!

From the first visit to all appointments in between, the customer service is exceptional. The staff are very knowledgeable and look after your car to very high standards. The prices are very reasonable and would not take my car anywhere else, especially for the entertainment that comes along free from the lads. Here we go. !! I owe my gratitude to Williams Garage for finding the fault and repairing my car. Having been without it for nearly two months and nobody really knowing what was wrong with my car, including the AA. Also spent a lot of money on what garages thought it was ans was not. My parents found your garage ,thank god. My parents booked it in. It was a non runner. To cut a long story short, that`s a song as well. lol. I got a call from my father saying the car was repaired and he was on his way to collect it. I said really. I was so delighted, excited. I had to speak to Graham, the mecanic who mended my car and thank him. Very nice chap. Also most grateful to my mother who offered to paid the bill, as i`d run out of money. Graham advised me to purchase 4 new tyres and to have the brake fluid changed urgently. This i can safely say has now been done. The brake pedal is so much better. Graham certainly knows his stuff. You can trust this garage. I would not hesitate to use you again. I`ll just have to save up. lol... Reception staff i have spoken to are vey pleasant. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks a million. Had a lot of carbon removed from my engine stripped a lot of parts and cleaned thoroughly had a few problems when they put it all back together something got damaged but they replaced it with a new one had my car for longer but they got it right and the price was very good for the work they done

Fantastic! We have had services and MOT's here for a while but when the car started having an issue with the clutch we booked it in. Unfortunately it failed before we made it to the appointment and White Rose were very accommodating getting the vehicle in early from the breakdown truck and arranging for the work to be completed very quickly. I really appreciate the incredible service received from the whole team. I would highly recommend!

I am very grateful to White Rose Garage for looking after my elderly father with his Peugeot 3008 that had ABS problems. A very helpful member of staff collected the car from my father's house & took it to the garage. The work was completed promptly and at a reasonable price too. Furthermore, the technicians spotted an oil leak from the gearbox driveshaft that was thought to be present & not flagged up by a Peugeot main dealer when the car was having a clutch replacement only a few days before. This same main dealer had replaced the entire clutch system including the slave cylinder at an eye watering cost of £3000. Allegedly this was necessary for a slight clutch judder & on an engine that had only achieved 34,000 miles!? White Rose took the time to explain how best to approach the main dealer & make a case for the car to be returned & have the oil leak rectified under warranty. Many thanks!
