I have been taking my car there for several years and always find a thoroughly professional and reliable service delivered in a friendly and welcoming manner . Today the car had its MOT and I had no concerns the car would be well looked after and I would receive very open and transparent communication regarding the car . Unbelievable customer service from everyone at the garage, I got told by Peugeot that it was a catalyst issue also a O2 sensor issue, Beresford told me that it was a misdiagnosis after looking in detail at the whole car and told me after 4 days of looking at it that the issue was electrical. The amount of time and care they spent on my car made me feel great as a customer knowing they are out to help me unlike other places, also a very good price I was quoted especially after all the time they took on the car. Very polite and I would recommend this garage to anyone.

I recently had multiple problems with my coolant pump and other connected parts. My car had been worked on previously and the problems has remained the same. Beresford auto service centre gave me my car back running beautifully. Their head mechanic obviously takes a huge amount of pride in his work. The price was competitive and the work was second to none. I can't thank them enough.
