My car ( 2012 Meriva B ) decided to immobilise itself in Tesco car park . I phoned Thomas Recovery, and he arrived 30 minutes later . I was panicking, thinking everything from starting it, and it cost me a fortune or scrapping the car . I need my car because I'm a disabled 71 year old . The mechanic walked over, holding a 10 mm spanner ? He took the black cable off and did something and my car started !! It's worked brilliant since . I would recommend these lads 100%. Such a brilliant company to deal with - I stupidly ran out of petrol but managed to fill up with a Jerry can before the driver arrived but he still came out to make sure I hadn’t done any damage to the engine. Gave me the all clear to drive home and then my headlights went!! The joys of having a 33 year old classic mini! The driver stayed and tried to fix the problem, wasn’t able to roadside so loaded the mini onto the truck and took us both home. Such a lovely guy - wish I’d got his name to pass on thanks properly. Absolutely saved me on a very rainy miserable Sunday!

Absolutely fantastic company! We were completing a job that came from Canada 🇨🇦 and unfortunately haulage company delivered container very late. We had no forklift and we called Thomas Recovery to see if they could help us, Paul and the team were very helpful and arranged a truck to assist with several heavy items to be offloaded from a container. Driver also arrived within 30 minutes of the booking. We are grateful for your help tonight and would highly recommend this company.

STEWART! My guardian angel in high vis! On a cold, wet and dark night, the lovely and wonderful Stewart got to me in under 15 minutes. I cannot thank this man enough for getting my car off the motorway and to safety. He was absolutely brilliant and is a credit to Thomas Recovery Ltd. I must also give due thanks to his boss, as his boundless generosity and concern for clients, meant my car and I were safely delivered home as well!
