I've been going to Sam for car repairs for a few years now. Initially, as someone new to the area and not very car-savvy, I unfortunately dealt with mechanics who took advantage of that. That all changed with Sam. He was completely transparent, recording his work, showing me what's going on, and explaining everything in simple terms I could understand.
