Stephen who changed my alternator, provided an excellent service, he was knowledgeable, precise and clear with his explanations. He went above and beyond as my battery was totally dead. he provided great advice and I subsequently received a new battery from the AA, whom also confirmed, on my car fault finder that there had been a previous problem with my alternator but that it was absolutely fine now, (thank to Stephen replacing it the day before). Honestly I would definitely recommend Stephen. The price was also competitive compared with other quotes.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was rescued from the roadside within 20 minutes of calling, and made to feel totally at ease.
