I was really pleased to be able to book this in relatively last minute. The staff were very friendly - Lee served me and was super welcoming and gave me all the information I needed. I was very impressed at the level of detail provided about my car after its service - the online report was useful and the phone call to discuss the work required meant that I could quickly action changes. And all of that was done and dusted within the day!

Called the branch, explained RAC following me down. Arrived about 2pm. Paul explained earliest it will be done is 6. I arrived, they took it straight in and I was back home in 30 minutes. Awesome team and banter, especially as it’s freezing cold. They made sure all tyre pressures on all wheels accurate and updated on dashboard. Proper effort and a good laugh down there! Thanks guys

Booked in for wheel alignment check as had a few issues, I was seen before my appointment time and the alignment required didn’t take long at all. Michael was friendly and professional and took the time to show me the data regarding the misalignment of my wheels which I really appreciated! Thank you, I will definitely come back when needed.
