I couldn't pop out to grab the M8 drill bit due to my crazy NHS rota at WWL Trust, but the receptionist at Acton Garage came to the rescue! They found the bit and let me use it without any charge. Exceptional service from Acton Garage, especially that receptionist who truly understands the value of helping others in need.
