They informed me about any repairs required on my vehicle and ensured they were completed on the same day and to a high standard. I was informed about any costs upfront and consulted before the team proceeded. I am really happy with the service I received.

We recently had the first annual service of our new electric MG - we've been really pleased with the car, definitely the right decision for our first electric one. The customer service for this one year milestone was very good indeed, especially as we had decided to take up the option of pick up and drop off rather than waiting at the showroom / garage. The car was picked up promptly at 9am and returned before 2pm. During the morning, very clear information was given to us via mobile phone updates; we were prompted to approve or decline optional extras. Special mention to Taniesha for exceptional customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends who are considering their first electric car.

Just got an MG HS on Motability from Stoneacre Hyde. Staff friendly and pleasant. We had Wes who was very polite. Made our visit easy and pleasant. Helped us with the choice of car and when collected made the process easy. Helpful with the car and all the controls etc. Even got a warm drink as it was cold.
