I went in yesterday for 4 new tyres they were ordered and came back to have them fitted the next day. Although they were busy, my car was done quickly and the bonus was that my bill was discounted .

Clutch and aircon replaced for my 20 years old Mimi. Needed 2 days, but it works nicely now.. Mechanics did as I requested, the fee is very reasonable, rather cheap. Highly recommended. But it's better to book, they are always busy.

Utterly superb! Went in to the garage after my starter motor went. Garage couldn't have been any friendlier or more helpful! Fitted me in quickly, even offering a courtesy car! Issue fixed and even had car parked at my house opposite when done! Used the garage again shortly after, and fantastic a second time. Helpful and friendly staff. Competitively priced, too! Excellent service on my partner's car. Helpful and fair. Did not do excess work that was not needed when a simple fix was all it needed. Good drop off options in the morning if not open and easy to get too. My partner had good communications with them via the phone and email. Will use these guys again in the future

Over the past seven years of visiting Cheadle from South Wales, I've had three occasions to call on Geoff. A low oil pressure, a MAP sensor and recently, an exhaust pressure sensor. On every one of those occasions, Geoff has squeezed me in and pulled me out of trouble. His diagnostics are there to identify the cause of the problem so he can fix it. He's not charging you to diagnose. He's using it to solve problems quickly and efficiently. His labour rate is very reasonable. A very genuine and knowledgeable bloke who has been very accommodating. Thank you Geoff.

One of the headlights on my car wasn't working despite having a new bulb fitted at Halfords. I was told by the team at Halfords that it was an electrical fault and they recommended that I find a local mechanic. I took my car to GMH auto who were able to diagnose it as just being incorrectly installed and had it sorted in about 5 minutes. Charged me less than the price of a cup of coffee too. I can't recommend them highly enough, not just beacause of their efficiency but also there honesty. The mechanic at GMH could have easily attributed the fault to a complicated electrical fault and I would have accepted it, paying whatever to get it sorted but the mechanic did not and for that, I am grateful.

Geoff Is a great fella very helpful and will do his very best to help with anything wrong and also is a great guy to ask questions if you have anything on your mind regarding your vehicle recommend him to anyone top bloke.

Mr Ian Parkinson, the manager, helped me, with a beautiful smile on his face, from start to finish, on the first day, and even when I returned a day later for a printed invoice, he was still a smiling gentleman, and gave me the print out. Keep it up Ian, your whole approach is a very good example of an excellent manager, delivering very good customer service while working under pressure!

Excellent! Suggested not to recharge aircon because of a leak also advised it didn’t look like it had been recharged for a while.. probably saved me a small fortune. Others may just done it then looked forward to doing it again. Many thanks & well done 👏

Very impressed with this garage. They diagnosed and fixed a tailgate problem and fixed a broken wingmirror cover. They were very fair with their pricing and quick and efficient. Very friendly staff too. The tailgate problem was hard to diagnose and could have become very expensive but they tried - successfully- to fix it as cheaply as possible. Their labour charge was very reasonable. I found the garage very friendly, trustworthy and fair. Would highly recommend.
