A few days ago, Altrincham Service Centre rang to explain in detail the three reasons why our trusty old car had failed its MoT that morning and to discuss the remedial work. One aspect of the work was potentially tricky and, taken with the other two, meant they might not be able to complete the work until the following morning. Unfortunately, we needed the car for an early hospital appointment, so they pulled out all the stops in an endeavour to have the car ready and kept us updated on progress. Excellent service, much appreciated!

I knocked my car this week damaging the headlight and bumper and I rang them straight after it happened. Dan was a calming voice when I was shaken up and worried, he looked at my car straight away, gave me approx prices and ordered parts and fitted me in the next day to sort my car. Top service and a company you can rely on who actually care about customer service.
