Both my break lights went out, I turned up today no appointment, they were extremely busy but offered to look and get them fixed. I am extremely happy they could see to it at last minute. Very much appreciated, will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Disappointed, it went in for a service and MOT, but they never topped up my engine coolant or noticed it was below the low limit. The technician also removed a wiring from my fuse box as my 9V cigarette lighter connection stopped working along with my dash cam. Took me a while to find the right connection to get things working again, and i had to fix my glove box because they didn't put the cog back into the slot, which holds the glove box hinges properly.

Job was completed successfully, staff were friendly and informative throughout. Slight delay in job being done due to a wrong part being ordered, but they called and provided a courtesy car which was very helpful.

We went to One Stop Cars after hearing from a few friends who had purchased first cars from here for their young adult children. We were pleased with the choice of appropriate cars available for a 17 yr olds first car, all with low mileage and in great condition. We test drove three cars after speaking with the lovely Ollie and Jasmine. They answered all our questions and at no time did we really pressured, pushed or made to feel like time wasters. Jasmine even makes a great cup of coffee. We decided on a car. I had a couple of questions about different possible issues. I was reassured that these would be looked at. A MOT was carried out. No concerns, but they did decided to replace a particular part. An extended warranty is also offered, which again, no pressure to purchase, but seems a great deal. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from here. You won’t get a discount, you pay what the screen price is… but you get reassurance and confidence in a great team. Thank you.

My honest review on purchasing my BMW 3 series touring from One Stop Cars. To cut a long story short, I recently purchased an Audi A3 from a different garage I will not name which has since been sent back; to try and compare One Stop to other garages is unfeasible. I had lost all faith in car dealers after my last purchase a few months ago and to say that One Stop have fully restored my faith knowing there are still genuine people and dealers out there who still care about their customers. From start to finish, Jasmine who I spoke with originally, was very efficient in getting the car ready for me to view. I then dealt with Ollie who went through all the paperwork and explained everything before I even needed to ask. The whole team and the whole buying process was fantastic, the service provided was second to none. I also extended my warranty, I took out a 3 year gold level of cover; my warranty includes AAs breakdown cover also which is an absolute godsend given the last car I returned I lost £150 on having it recovered and the value for money on One Stops warranty is great; I also didn’t feel pressured into extending my warranty it was more of an options extension explained thoroughly without any pushy sales. I could go on and on but to end my review, I will be purchasing all of my future cars from One Stop as well as telling all my friends and family. Thanks again everyone at One Stop for the perfect car and the perfect buying experience.

From start to finish oliver and jasmine were both amazing at helping with getting everything prepped and ready, communication from the was absolutely amazing and kept me informed with everything. I have used this garage several times this year, including MOT, and have been quite impressed and happy with their service. They are always quick to respond. Today they had a quick look at the tyres on my car free of charge as the warning light came on. Fortunately the tyres were okay so no work needed. i ordered 4 new tyres for m wife corsa and arrived at the appointment. was greeted by a lovely bloke who said it would be done in about and hour. i decided to stay as it was closer than walking home and back and used the time to watch the team work on the car. they also did a full winter inspectino and provided feedback on any small repair or lights out. also topped up the screen fluid. ill be back - great job
