What fantastic service So easy to book my car in and to have a courtesy car Really helpful conversation with Richard on arrival concerning a couple of issues and it so refreshing to have such a conversation and to be made to feel like a respected customer and not just another account The service on my car was done quickly and efficiently and Richard talked me through all the work that had been fulfilled and why The best news though was the invoice. It was well within my expected figure I cannot recommend Autotech Yetminster high enough They are honest and trustworthy and doing a great job with a quality of service sadly lacking in the larger garages

Mini Countryman service and MOT carried out quickly and at a good price. Asked if I wanted a lift as I live the other side of town (which I didn't, but offering was nice). Friendly staff who were later happy to help (for free) with minor issue that arose in rear light casing.

Excellent service- over and above expectation in that the manager researched availability of a part at home to advise availability and cost of an issue discovered during the service of my car. Service cost very good and work completed within the day- it was a busy day for them so I was thinking it must be popular with others too.

Paul and the team have been amazing, myself and family members have been going here for separate cars for years now and it's about time I wrote a recommendation! In the past Paul and co have fitted me in at short notice for emergency headlamp repair, just recently I had an MOT that should have been pretty straightforward but Paul found an unexpected warning light and spent far longer than originally planned researching and working on my car to ensure it was given back to me quickly and in a correct state, at very little extra cost considering the time spent on the car, and given that the team are currently short staffed right now. He was up-front and honest and has always been a pleasure to go to with my car, always very helpful and communicative. The team here work really hard and it shows - thank you for your continued efforts, we always have a brilliant experience as a family coming to you (even when things crop up unexpectedly with the cars!) and will continue to use Sherborne Garage in future - 10/10 local service.

Whilst on holiday I needed a brake light replacing. Although very busy they told me to bring the car in and they would sort it out. Fully expecting a large bill but was only charged £2, yes you read it right... for parts, fitting and excellent service. Cannot recommend this garage enough.

Amazing service, had so much trouble with our Nissan. Could have easily fobbed us off and let us drive away as they were unsure on the issue. Phil and Steve went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted. Superb garage and decent guys too

This garage is fantastic. I had a nightmare scenario this morning - engine light flashing on the way to work, loss of power. RAC took 6 hours to come out and couldn’t fix it. Suggested the car would probably be a write off. I called BCRC and they said bring it in straight away (2pm Friday) despite a backlog of work they had on. They fixed the problem in under two hours and charged a very reasonable fee. Incredibly helpful and professional. I will use this garage in future.

Fantastic service - quoted me an excellent price and was able to book my car in for brake pad replacements for a week later. Dropped off the car first thing, called at 11 to say it was already done and ready. Staff are friendly and the prices are fair, it actually ended up being less than I was quoted. Will definitely be coming back for any future non-urgent repairs.

I had a horrible noise coming from my engine on the way back from holiday, stopped into west end garage to ask them for advice, the guy took one look at it and told me it was a fuel injector issue and it was safe to continue. When I got home that evening I was able to fix the fault thanks to him setting me on the right path so I really can't thank these guys enough!

Have just had an ongoing fault with the boot on my x6 fixed, after a diagnostic check the problem was found... Expertly and professionally the repair was carried out. Communication through out was really good with things being explained throughout. Very helpful garage for servicing my Mercedes. For several years my car has been plagued by the battery going flat, several garages couldn’t resolve the problem. Star Tec recommended a MB battery and coding it to the car, problem resolved. Sometimes it pays to use the experts first time. Excellent service with a smile from Dizzy. Well done.
