Shaun is amazing. He is fair priced and quick. He tells you whats gone wrong and where. A better and nicer mechanic i have not met.

I’ve taken my car here a few times (door handle, cambelt change and bulb replacements). They are honest, explain everything if you have any questions and great prices. A garage you can trust, I will continue to bring my car to them in the future.

Booked my vehicle in to have the brakes done and rear springs replaced. Steve had given me an estimate for the work. When I went to collect the car and settle the bill I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was considerably less than the estimate. I’m pretty sure this wouldn’t happen at too many garages. Would definitely recommend and will being using Steve in the future.

Steve has been looking after our cars for the last 10 years. Nether done a bad job. Honest, reliable, hard working and straight down the line. Would highly recommend if he can fit you in. Good mechanics like Steve are hard to find.

A really great garage and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble, they are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. A no cost courtesy car is a real bonus and really takes the pressure off when you are dependent on a car for work. Can’t fault them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would of done , we came away on holiday and was staying up the road , and our alternator on our vw transporter gave up the ghost and was really noisy, as we live 250 miles away I didn’t fancy driving it back or having the AA transporter us back, after phoning Mark He said they had a full days work in but if we dropped the van up to them early and leave it with they would get it done . He even phoned me back after a few minutes with a quote , after dropping the van off at 8am we then had a call at 12:15 to say the van was done , unbelievable service if I lived closer I would definitely use this garage , you saved our holiday . Total lifesavers! Van was out of action with a serious coolant leak in an inaccessible place (needed hours of stripping back to reach it). The garage opened on New Years day just to fit us in and get us back on the road. Kind, professional and knowledgable mechanics with incredibly reasonable prices. This garage is fantastic. I had a nightmare scenario this morning - engine light flashing on the way to work, loss of power. RAC took 6 hours to come out and couldn’t fix it. Suggested the car would probably be a write off. I called BCRC and they said bring it in straight away (2pm Friday) despite a backlog of work they had on. They fixed the problem in under two hours and charged a very reasonable fee. Incredibly helpful and professional. I will use this garage in future.

Paul and the team have been amazing, myself and family members have been going here for separate cars for years now and it's about time I wrote a recommendation! In the past Paul and co have fitted me in at short notice for emergency headlamp repair, just recently I had an MOT that should have been pretty straightforward but Paul found an unexpected warning light and spent far longer than originally planned researching and working on my car to ensure it was given back to me quickly and in a correct state, at very little extra cost considering the time spent on the car, and given that the team are currently short staffed right now. He was up-front and honest and has always been a pleasure to go to with my car, always very helpful and communicative. The team here work really hard and it shows - thank you for your continued efforts, we always have a brilliant experience as a family coming to you (even when things crop up unexpectedly with the cars!) and will continue to use Sherborne Garage in future - 10/10 local service.

Mini Countryman service and MOT carried out quickly and at a good price. Asked if I wanted a lift as I live the other side of town (which I didn't, but offering was nice). Friendly staff who were later happy to help (for free) with minor issue that arose in rear light casing.

I always get great service from all the team that work at this small local garage. They seem to retain the same staff here every time I pop in, which helps build a slight relationship trust. They’re very welcoming, friendly and prices are very fair. Car faults are always explained well. I’ve always felt they’re very honest and trustworthy.
