Such a fabulous setting; a 200yr old building, just behind the canal and opposite the old library. The coffee, particularly the cappuchino, was really nice. I also had a savoury cheese muffin with a vegan roll. Both were delicious, I finished my lunch off with a slice of homemade cheesecake! The service was great, not rushed and I got everything in good time. 100% coming again. Updated: it's summer so now they have all iced coffees!

The willows is a lovely creative, peaceful place in the heart of Tod. I am a regular visitor for the always great coffee, great background music and the most amazing homemade cakes - the cheesecake especially, made by the lovely owners is worth a visit alone

Gorgeous place to eat and drink. We’ve come a couple of times for their cakes, toasties and coffees and everything is delicious. Best flat white I’ve had in a while! The vegan cheese toasties with v ham (we also got them with pesto, chutney, chilli jam) are delicious. Many of the cakes and sweets are vegan too. Service is super kind and lovely always. Stopped off with my daughter for coffee and cake. Great choice of snacks and cakes, too many to choose from. friendly lady serving and the late was amazing. Well worth a visit.

Lovely little take away hatch to grab some nice warm scran quickly! Food is all made fresh and all good quality and the menu has lots of choice a d reasonably good prices. Would recommend if hungry and near by just having a little stroll around the park.

Will be back. Great range on the menu. Gluten free options. Best decaff Mocha for far and wide (way better than Costa). Lovely family running this cafe. Great location opposite the park. Extremely good value for money especially if you have hungry kids. The takeaway hut is grear for parents wanting their kids eat healthy options as well as butties. The only reason for not all five stars for atmosphere is that it could do with a lack of paint in the toilets. However, it is very clean.

Visited this delightful little Cafe today after a very strenuous walk, we were tired and hungry and ready for a pot of tea and some hood grub…we ordered the make your own paninis and they were absolutely beautiful (i highly recommend a Mozzarella, Chorizo and tomato&chilli jam panini 😍) The ladies in the cafe couldn’t have been more accommodating for me and my Cousin, especially my 2 year old daughter who was dying for a cup of tea and lemon cake 😂 such a shame i don’t live in or around todmorden as i’d be a frequent visitor of this establishment. Oh and the bakewell slice is absolutely to die for 😍 thank you so much for well needed pit stop 🙂

Friendly and inviting welcome; gorgeous array of cakes; good coffee and pot of tea. A lovely surprise find on a house hunting mission. Little garden at back to sit in too. Very much looking forward to returning.

Excellent service, lovely atmosphere. Great selection on the menu. We opted for the jacket potatoes which were really tasty and filling. Huge selection of sweets and cakes, hard to decide what to have. Would highly recommend!!

Great Cafe just across the road from the indoor market. My sister had the full English which was spot on and I had steak mince pie with chips and mushy peas. Great service good size portions. Service was great. Next time we’re up we will go again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇬🇧👍👀

Great value for money! Had the cheeseburger for £3.80 - can’t fault it! We also had a large breakfast and hashbrown for £7.50. Decent quality for the price.

Amazing customer service, unfortunately our visit was cut short due to our little boy being taken ill the moment we arrived. However, the ladies in the shop were extremely helpful, and handed us what we needed. They boxed up our breakfast we’d ordered and gave us some other essentials. This cafe was amazing! Hard to find a good cafe with good food options, and they try to accommodate you even if it's not on the menu. The mother and daughter team running the cafe were beyond lovely, couldn't do enough to help and were both so kind and nice to chat to. So so friendly and that made for a really nice atmosphere and experience there :). The food was very good, we got hot breakfast sandwiches and they were brilliant. Will definitely go there again when I'm in Todmorden.

Always a nice little trip into Tod when you visit this place. Coffee is great and an extensive range to choose from. My son loves the hot chocolate. You can buy the beans to take away as well. The cost is extremely reasonable.

A little gem in the indoor market. Coffee is good, the aroma amazing as is the buns. Loose tea selection is hard to beat on price and, at the cafe you just escape. A place to go to escape the city .

Cheapest and most flavourful cappuccino I’ve bought outside of Italy in many years. Dozens of coffee and tea options and a great environment to have a morning brew.

Queues on a weekend as very, very popular indeed, so do arrive early.

The curried veg soup was out of this world, the raspberry frangipani was great and the coffee first class. Some may think a bit pricey? Unkind!! The food is well worth it and you pay more for the drinks in fast coffee shops. Top class. And the seating area is cool too.

Visited on Bank Holiday Monday, arrived about 3 pm. Because had been so busy they'd run out of several items on the menu. However...they offered us a mezze platter to share with the foods they had left...it was out of this world! Beautiful flavours and gorgeous to look at. Staff were so friendly, would recommend to anyone. Also great gluten free and vegan choices!

We visited the Morrisons cafe in Todmorden and had the ultimate fish and chips, everything was cooked to order but our food was soon with us, it looked good, it smelt good and by golly it tasted good. The fish was well cooked and large and succulent, the chips golden brown with the peas without any artificial colouring. Would I have this again? yes definitely. The only downside in the cafe was a lack of sauces no tartar, no ketchup, no brown, no mayo

A small, jam packed Morrisons with lots of fresh produce, a baker, fishmonger and cafe. Easy to access and helpful staff. Sadly not a great range of vegan options, which for a well known veggie/vegan town is odd! But otherwise great. Also love the paper bags on offer for the vegetables and fruit!

Enjoyed our breakfast, very tasty. Staff were so cheerful and polite, not like my local Morrisons cafe. Was quiet but the staff were laughing which made it.
