Raf responded to my emergency call-out and arrived in good time. With mains water pouring into the flat below he calmed the situation and diffused any potential dispute. He quickly found the leak and explained in simple terms how it could be repaired . The pipe connections were quickly and efficiently repaired and improvements made.
