Had a wonderful meal for my wife’s special birthday. We asked for a table right by the river and we got one of the best spots. The food was really good quality and well cooked. Especially the Lamb Shank Tagine which was exceptional. The staff were attentive and always helpful. The price will not break the bank and represents excellent value for money. We would definitely go again. Thank you all the team at The George.

Came out for a lunchtime meal for a birthday, and we were delightfully surprised with a birthday card from the waiting staff, a lovely touch. The food was delightful, I can recommend the burger and nibbles. The food is quite pricy, but doesn't disappoint.
