I had a problem with my Hayter Harrier not starting...having discovered there was a two week waiting list I asked for some advice and the response I got was extremely helpful and with persistence and the advice given the problem was sorted. The generosity and kindness shown to me was very much appreciated .So refreshing to experience this approach.I will not hesitate to use this company in future.
Great team and very knowledgeable and a good show of equipment to see if you are buying. Personally I just needed a few parts for my machine but they have a world of knowledge to give. Servicing which is very busy and from what I hear also top notch. I only dropped in for a couple of drive belts and I left with a world of knowledge about the next machine which I am going to be buying off them very soon. Amazing customer service
