One of our favourite places to go for lunch. The coffee here is always really good and I definitely recommend. The food is always tasty with a good selection to pick from, and the outside seating is much better than you'd expect, covered with heaters spread throughout.

We had a very pleasant experience . Waited to be seated and given menus although we only wanted a cup of tea. Happy with the choice of teas and delighted that it was loose leaf . I had lemon and ginger my friend had earl grey We might have had a cake but I wasn't tempted by the cakes on offer. Three years ago I had afternoon tea here and was disappointed by the rather hard scones that didn't taste very fresh so I was rather wary!

What a lovely little cafe . I only had a coffee and teacake, so I can't comment regards food. But the atmosphere was lovely. The staff too were super friendly. Will definitely go back again for lunch this time. A lovely little shop attached to it.

Loved the woman working there - she was so accommodating of our orders. The food came out piping hot and was delicious. Chicken was crispy and juicy. The sauces and toppings are unique enough to be interesting but familiar enough to be classic. Fantastic mocha - nice and chocolatey without being bitter. I wish I lived near here so I could eat there often!

Tucked away in Jackson’s Court, between the bus station and Hallgate, this little cafe has earned itself a fine reputation for good food at great prices. They also have a decent selection of vegan dishes to choose from too. Not a huge cafe, but located on two floors, so much bigger than it may look from a casual walk by. We called fairly late in the day at 3PM, the cafe closes at 4PM. And I guess it had been a busy shift. The staff lovely and friendly. But left the impression they had more than had enough for one day. We ordered two different vegan burgers, both had some missing bits, listed on the menu, but not in our burger buns... Both still quite tasty. One dish was supposed to come with curry sauce and without it, it was a little flat. Both dishes cost only £7 each, which is stunning value. Even missing some ingredients! Front of house training needs a tiny amount sharpening by the management. The staff a little casual with customers and their requests. But still great food and great value. With a little more attention to details would easily be five stars. But for the above points.

Cosy little cafe with lovely friendly customer service. Best breakfast me and Dad have had since moving to Wigan. Defo will be going back for the lunch menu as its highly recommended. PS. Thanks Gemma for the home made slice of Kinda Bueno cheesecake - tasted absolutely amazing. Can't wait to try the Biscoff equivalent 🥰😋

Bit awkward at first, stood at the door because it said please wait and no one came to see to us. Sort of wandered in and had to butt into the servers conversation to ask if they were doing food and where we could sit. But the food was gorgeous and generous quantities for the price. The servers were lovely, beautiful modern place with a relaxed atmosphere. Decent WiFi and plug sockets by the tables. Might be a good place to get a bit of work done with a coffee. Will be coming back. Thank you

Update on my earlier review this year........ Staff so friendly and welcoming. Service could not be any better. Quality of drinks & food 😋 👌 I will be leaving Wigan shortly. Definitely miss this place. But guys, don't take my word on it, go there and enjoy............

Loved the ambience. I tried coronation chicken and ham and cheese toastie. Both were quite good but felt it's a bit pricey. Coffee was nice too but loads of scope to have breakfast added to attract crowd

A lovely place to have a coffee after or before a train journey as it is perfectly placed for both Wigan stations. Enjoyed my flat white in a medium cup . Quick and friendly service plus free wi fi.

Great food and fast friendly service, been here quite a few times as it's at the end of my street. Never had a bad order or a bad thing to say about anything I've had. Coffee is awesome too!!

Absolutely brilliant breakfast! It's a must for a big day out to start the day. Staff are so friendly and one lady even does Avon too!

Incredibly friendly, welcoming, and skilled team. It is always a delight whenever my daughter and I go. Food is always prepared quickly and tastes amazing.

The portion size was good as it was very filling, I went on a quiet day so the atmosphere felt quite cozy, however the staff weren't very knowledgeable about allergens when asked about them. There were signs for each dish with what it contained but nothing about cross contamination.

Absolutely amazing, staff were polite and friendly. I got the Gingerbread latte and it was superb, nice little touch with the crumbled gingerbread on top 👌.

The breakfast was great, good produce used, tasty, filling and reasonable value for money. The only thing that let it down was the glass sauce bottles that have been refilled with cheaper sauce. Not HP in HP bottle, not heinz ketchup in Heinz bottle. Plastic squeeze bottles are much easier to use than glass and genuine sauce would be better. I couldn’t get the ketchup to come out even using a knife into the bottle. Banging the base of the upturned bottle it eventually it sploshed out too much all at once all over my breakfast splashed off the plate on to cup, the table and onto my daughter who was sat opposite. Clothes stained and a mess to clean up before I could start eating. My daughter did not like the type of rubbery cheese used on her cheese sandwich so ate just the bread. I understood her complaint after looking and tasting the cheese myself. Table service was great and staff were great and helpful. We were not asked if everything was ok with the food at table or paying at the till or I would have raised the dislike of the cheese and sauce bottle problem. Great little game for children regarding sweeties and the sweeties prize. My daughter liked doing it and entertained her for a bit and colouring. Overall good experience easy fix to make improvements for 5 star review. I will be going again.

A lovely little cafe at the first floor in Grand Arcade. Also a good place to have brunch in Wigan town centre. Food choices in here are varied, including lasagna, sandwiches, burgers and English breakfast. And all single item are within 10£. What I order is show as the photo, a flat white and an all day breakfast, total is 10.6£. Service is fast and efficient, from I arrival to finish meal and leave just use half an hours.
