We live in hindley but being dog friendly is a massive hit Roxy loves the doggy dinners. The food is always to high standard, staff are welcoming and helpful. Chilled relaxed atmosphere, everyone is friendly we really enjoy it 😃😃

We had two courses for £15 each and Jazzie our dog totally loved it, when our meal arrived, Jazzie’s surprise was a bowl of doggy biscuits a lovely surprise for her.
We both had the pie meals which were very nice too, though seeing mine was the steak pie Jazzie was 👀 at the steak 😂
Great staff, awesome customers, make you feel very welcome, people are great to talk to.
The pub itself is very welcoming and cosy, dining to the right, chilling and relaxing with a nice cosy fire in the other room to the left.
All in all a real nice pub with friendly people and awesome food.

New chef in town came a few days ago and it was fantastic, an English version of tapas is available, 3 plates for £16 include mini pies etc all dishes attached are the tapas style mini plates. Sunday roast next visit!
Had the mushroom starter and the cheese pie. The food was delicious. Staff friendly and attentive. Dog friendly. They even had a doggy menu which my dog loved. It looked delicious, I could have ate it myself 😂. The chicken and veg in the photo was the dogs.
Popped in at the weekend as passing and we both fancied a quick bite to eat. Food was exceptional with a specials menu being offered on Saturday lunch along with my wife having the Cock & Bull. Staff were very friendly and provided really good service. Pub was well decorated and clean and tidy. Fantastic local pub and Will definitely be back
