Reviews
The cafe is a charming and cozy spot that truly stands out. The outdoor seating adds a relaxed and inviting vibe, perfect for soaking up the neighborhood's atmosphere. Our server, Kasha, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
We tried the shakshuka, which was elevated by the addition of tahini sauce, giving it a unique and delicious twist. On Kasha’s recommendation, we also indulged in their cinnamon bun, which was perfectly flaky and absolutely delightful.
Overall, this café is a gem – great food, warm service, and a lovely ambiance. I’d happily come back again!
It's a lovely place for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. The setting is great for meeting friends or just dining alone. Very cosy, very warm feeling. Pretty well staffed as i came on a weekend. It can get very busy during lunch. They have a nice outdoor seating in the case of good weather to enjoy some sun. Love both breakfast, cakes and lunch specials here. The green shake and coffee are nice too. Will be back again!
I made a pit stop to Ginger & White as I was doing a nature walk down to Hampstead. Glad to have finally visited. It is a small cafe with minimal seating, but nevertheless, the vibes were nice.
I ordered a simple cupcake as a small treat and a blueberry matcha, which surprised me that they had. Taste was subtle, but noticeable. Cupcake is decent and what you’d expect from a butter cream cupcake.
Service was very friendly and attentive. Would love to come back and try their lunch menu to see what they’re all about.
The food is great! I got the french toast with banana and bacon and it hit the spot. The vibe is very cozy but it can get pretty busy around brunch time. The waiter are very friendly and nice.
This place is an absolute gem! ✨
Great atmosphere, consistently good coffee and other beverages, delicious food.
I highly recommend:
- Scrambled eggs on sourdough
- Carrot Cake
- Red Leicester Cheese Toastie
Register at the door to be added to the list.
Be prepared to wait, especially during the weekend or on a sunny day.
Service is usually very kind but can be slow on busy days.
