We went with a party of 5. I had the full breakfast which was amazing. My partner ordered the Medi breakfast which looked very pretty. The food came pretty quickly and the kitchen followed all of our instructions. The coffee was the highlight, it was just as I like.
First time eating here and I’ll definitely be coming back to try again! They didn’t have what I wanted so had to try something else so was a little disappointed. Everything else was fine and food was good!
I fancied having pancakes, even though it was closer to lunchtime. I looked up breakfast places that served pancakes, and Green 17 came up. I had never been there before and was unaware of its existence. It was fairly busy, but I decided to go in. There were quite a few dishes I wanted to try, and I chose the pancakes with extra maple syrup. The taste was great, but the only downside was that they were lukewarm instead of hot. It's possible the plate had been waiting before the waiter brought it to the table. The owner was kind and welcoming. I will definitely go back.
Our first time in this newly opened eatery. Overall a really nice establishment with pleasant staff and perfectly presented food . Decor etc is fresh and clean as you’d expect from a refurbished restaurant. The staff were very friendly. The menu is extensive and a tad expensive for the area, there’s something for everyones taste from Wraps starting at £8:25, Jacket Spuds at £10:50, Burgers from £11:50 to £15:45 but it’s certainly not cheap in my opinion. I ordered The Owl , a fantastic breakfast which included smoked salmon , avocado smash, sour dough toast , perfectly poached eggs ,a deep fried mushroom, asparagus and cherry tomatoes, was really tasty along with top class presentation as you’d expect for £12:15. My wife had the granola which was presented equally as nice, a massive portion ! . Coffee was hot and fresh . I probably will return here occasionally I found paying £32 for breakfast for two a wee bit steep ( nice as it was) . Other nearby cafes in the area offer better value for money.
