Nice forest cafe with a reasonable choice of sandwiches and quick bites. Reasonably priced too. Unbelievably cosy and comfortable atmosphere with outdoor and indoor sitting. Service is impeccable and cosy. Real rustic cosy upscale forest cafe feel

I love this place. The food is more special than your average cafe but it's very relaxed. All and sundry there, families, hikers, dog walkers. Beautiful in the summer, & cosy in the winter.

We come here for Saturday breakfast which is served until 1pm. Really nice posh breakfast with homemade beans. Certainly not a greasy spoon! Staff very polite and friendly. And then a lovely walk in the Epping Forest.
