Absolutely amazing service from Shannon! I bleached my own hair at home which resulted in bright yellow/white hair. Shannon not only corrected my hair beautifully but listened to what tone I wanted and what I wanted to avoid. I have never been a fan of going to the hairdresser but I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. A massive thank you to Shannon and the other lovely lady that helped me. 100% recommend this salon & the staff! my hair looks amazing!! 😊

There are no words to describe not only the girls at the salon but also the salon itself. The salon is warm, inviting and gorgeous. Sam and Shannon are the best at their job, been going to Shannon for a couple of years, my only complaint is that that I didn’t go to her sooner!

If I could put more than a 5 ⭐️ I would, I’d mark Best Kept secret 10/10. I’ve been going to Best Kept Secret for a few years now and every time I’ve been the service has been top notch. All the staff are welcoming, very pleasant, adhere to their clients needs and makes sure that all their clients leave happy with their new hair styles. Recently I decided to have a complete change. As you all probably know this is very daunting but Samantha and Shannon reassured me, made the change happen and I was amazed with my new look and it wasn’t over priced either. Very reasonable!! The salon is beautiful and love the tree in the middle, very unique my daughter loves that tree. It’s comfortable, clean and very welcoming. As soon as I walk in, I’m offered a drink and I even get some nibbles either it be Crisp or popcorn. I don’t think any other salon offers their clients a snack. I love this place and so does my little girl!

Shannon rescued my hair from a box dye tragedy today. Absolutely love my new hair, and can honestly say it’s up there with one of the best colours I’ve had anywhere. Shannon took the time to understand what I wanted whilst recommending the best options too. Lovely salon, nice atmosphere.

First time going and won't be the last . Jodie did my hair and I couldn't be happier. It's exactly how I wanted it I'm so happy.
