I have been coming here for over 5 years and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! The Girls here are Fantastic at what they do and are very professional. Their prices are kind to the Pocket which is a Plus. My hair feels exceptionally soft and silky and I can't wait to go back for my next appointment. I highly recommend!!

Reasonable prices and friendly staff. I must have changed my hair colour 3 times now in approx. 3-4 months and every time I am amazed at the work done to achieve the colour asked for.

I come here every week to have my hair blown by Jenny and every 6 weeks to have a colour and cut. They are always on time, very friendly, and everyone's hair always looks lovely when they leave. Prices are good too. Would highly recommend the salon

Meg at Solstice Hair Studio is the most talented, passionate and creative hairdresser I have ever met. She insists on working with “purpose”, and as such, everything she does is done with a lot of care. She listened to my requests with a lot of attention and my hair has never been so beautiful. The design of the salon has been thought out to appeal to all senses - as an autistic person, I often find hair salons to be sensorily overwhelming, but I left Solstice feeling more relaxed than ever!

I've been having my hair expertly cut and coloured by Meg for years. I'm proud to share her details and my experience with her to others who are looking for an empathetic and caring hair stylist. I certainly boast that my hair stylist is currently winning awards and working shoots/shows! I feel like the visions I have for my hair, even if it's sometimes a bit cloudy, are always listened to and I come away feeling relaxed and like myself again. Kelly is fab, warm and is always lovely to speak to. Won't go anywhere else now! Solstice is a lovely, clean and welcoming studio. The little things such as a nice cuppa are a lovely addition, and I can't recommend enough!

I’ve been visiting the salon for a while now and cannot recommend Meg and Kelly enough. You get the city salon experience but close to home, it’s always so welcoming. Meg is amazing and her talent is off the scale! She always listens, does a fantastic job of making my hair look great and I leave feeling like I can face the world again 😁

Meg and Kel are fantastic when it come to colouring hair and ensuring that you only get the best for your hair. Megs warm personality makes you feel at ease and adds to a wonderful experience. On top of that you get someone with a real passion and professionalism for cutting and styling hair. The only person I trust to do my hair!

Leanne is amazing. Always makes me feel great after and treatment and such a confidence boost. I had micro blading by Leanne and I’ve never felt as confident without makeup as I do now. I’ve had many facials and massages from Leanne and loved every experience. My skin is always glowing when I leave. So welcoming and friendly. Only place I will go for any beauty treatment.

Leanne is absolutely amazing! I have already had most of the treatments such as Full body massage, Reflexology, few different kinds of Facial and also Reiki and Meditation massage. I always enjoyed my time fully. Leanne is doing fantastic job and you can see and feel she does it with all her heart and passion. I can’t even imagine to go somewhere else anymore. If you look for a great massage and relaxation, definitely choose Her. 😊

Leanne is very experienced and professional, she is also incredibly knowledgeable. I have quite significant muscular pain in my back. I go to her for regular massages. I always feel great afterwards and even a physio hasn’t managed to relieve my knots as well as Leanne does. She’s also really friendly and can’t do enough for her clients. I would definitely recommend.

I recommend this salon, I always go here, I've had great experience with them and their treatments. Body massage was great and relaxing, feel so much better after. Facial was nice too, you can see the difference. I like the environment it's warm and friendly. Staff are nice and welcoming. I love going there!

I recently attended a hair extensions course with Ash at Her HQ MCR. It was a gorgeous salon, all staff were very welcoming and friendly. Ash was so lovely and professional. She went through everything in great detail and I left feeling confident and knowledgeable about the different types and fitting styles of extensions. This was first time I had been here and I can honestly say it has been my best hair experience. Collette did my hair with a little help of two others. First of all I didn’t get a Groupon deal😂 I booked mine through Treatwell and after that first time I booked(a year ago)the rest is history. This is the best hairdresser! It’s my favourite place and the place I trusted with my hair. Colette, Bianca, Kirsty, the team and Dylan are the best at this. Always feel like home when I walked in, warm, friendly and caring. My hair is so straight that other places won’t do the perm for me. These guys sorted it with their expertise - I’m so pleased with my curls. I am now a regular customer and will keep going back. X

Amazing service. I have followed this salon on Instagram for a long time and was excited to try it out. Chantelle has an amazing place, absolutely spotless and a very nice team. I had a hair appointment with Scott who was lovely, really took the time to ask what I wanted and he delivered! I had Botox with Chantelle, she was so kind and again took time to ask what results I wanted. Super professional and lovely to deal with. I had HD brows done by Emily - again a cracking service with a really nice way about her. Highly recommend this place. It is expensive but you are paying for quality and you certainly get it, with a great service. Will definitely be back again. J

What a fantastic team. As soon as you enter they acknowledge you and make you welcome, taking your coat making you a drink. The hair wash us so special as I would like this everytime I wash my hair, just so relaxing. They take time to discuss you and your style and they don't jump in first with the cutters. The stylist is wonderful and so interested in your style I would recommend them. The shop is clean and happy. I would recommend them and don't be frightened to discuss all treatments with them as the price is right if not better than other places. I have to say I now have a day and night style in one and it's fabulous. Many thanks.
