I have visited Loren a few times now, most recently to have a few skin tags removed from my neck. Throughout the whole process, Loren was professional, friendly and thorough. She was talking me through step by step, what she was doing. Loren provided me with aftercare advise which was also sent out by email. I had no issues and would 100% recommend Loren.

I have just had my first laser session with Loren and it was great! Prior to this, I had a consultation with her in which she spoke about the procedure and what to do before/after. I was very nervous regarding the pain as I had a bad experience with waxing. However, Loren was amazing, talked through what she was going to do and was really supportive throughout ensuring I was comfortable at all times. She provided ice packs which really helped and the pain was very minimal, so much easier compared to waxing. Loren’s studio is clean, tidy, organised and her prices are really reasonable! Loren has made me feel comfortable from the very start especially within such an intimate situation. I’ve booked in for my next one in March!😀

Had my first appointment for laser hair removal. Very professional and streamlined service from booking, paper work, patch test, and to having my procedure done. Lots of safety checks each time around any contraindications to treatment. Very clean treatment room. Loren is very friendly and puts you at ease throughout.
