I have been a returning customer since just after Lily opened. The staff and treatments get better and better and I always look forward to my next treatment. Going to Lily's is always enjoyable, from arrival when you're offered a drink and made to feel welcome to your treatment (always exactly what I wanted - I never leave wishing I'd chosen a different nail colour or facial experience, etc.) to when I'm getting ready to leave and have my loyalty card stamped for a discount in the future. All of the staff are lovely and go out of their way to remember my name and ask about my children. It's like visiting friends. I’ve been here quite a few times now for various treatments. Every time I visit is a lovely experience. I visited Saturday 21/10/23 for gel nails with Steph. A fantastic service.
