I recently had the pleasure of visiting this salon, and I can't express how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I walked in, the warm and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The customer service here is truly exceptional. They listened attentively to my preferences and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I can't recommend this salon enough. It's not just a place for beauty; it's an experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and special. I'll definitely be returning for more pampering sessions!

I had my first appointment with Jennifer for a bikini wax and Jennifer was really great and very friendly. I was nervous and she put me at ease. However I thought a little more could’ve been removed and I put all of this on an another review and she called me and asked me if I wanted to come back and have what I wanted removed. I said I wasn’t being critical, I was just a little shy of asking. Jennifer was great about it and I’ll definitely be returning Natasha Kinsey

I've been to Three Stories for a couple of pedicures this year and have always had a fantastic, relaxing, experience with great results. The salon itself feels really restful and is absolutely spotless. The staff are lovely too. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

Fab collection today at the Gatley Refillery. Ordered some wonderful and eco friendly Christmas gifts which Katie packaged up for me so all I had to do was pick them up. Amazing service as always! Best place to go for beauty and now gifts and eco refills too!

Always enjoy my visits to Love Beauty Gatley, the team are always lovely and easy to talk to. I usually have treatment with Katie and have never left disappointed. Always willing to give me a therapy session or just a laugh.

Absolutely outstanding salon! The girls are all amazing at what they do and I always come away so relaxed! They are an ear to listen, a smiling face when you walk in the door and the quality of their treatments is second to non. I will not go anywhere else for any treatments.

Lovely, calming atmosphere. I booked a lava shell massage with Lisa and the experience from arrival in the salon until leaving was excellent. Lisa listened to exactly what I wanted and was fab. Everybody was smiley and friendly. Pricing on par with others in the area. No spaces available in the parking across the road so parked on a side street with a short walk. Happy customer and I’ll be back for the deep tissue! Thank you.

Unsure how to leave a review on booksy so will leave here. What can I say. Superb service very polite and welcoming despite the fact I was slightly late and also a fantastic trim all for a very reasonable price. The trim is also done in good time. Would recommend.

Rashmi is so friendly and professional. I don't regularly keep on top of my eyebrows but when I do, I'm picky about who I trust to go near them and Rashmi always does a fantastic job of threading and tinting them (I actually find the threading very relaxing). She is always so welcoming no matter how long I leave it, and I'd recommend her to anyone looking to for a skilled therapist, especially when it comes to brows.

Rashmi is great. I’ve had threading and Gel toes done many times. She’s always really flexible and works around my busy schedule often doing her best to squeeze my disorganised self into her diary when I shout for help. Thanks Rashmi you’ve been a lifesaver on many an occasion 💜

This was my first time for nails with Rashmi and it won't be the last. Lovely lady who does lovely nails! Her attention to detail and precision is excellent and she checks along the way to make sure that you are getting what you want. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Been coming to Rashmi for nails and eyebrows for a few months now and she is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable and is such a lovely lady! I get builder gel on my nails and they last me over 3 weeks, she is so talented in nail art and I love my nails more and more each time I go. Would highly recommend coming here 💗

Love this place, owner is a lovely friendly woman who does a brilliant job every time. It's a clean, smart & friendly business. Only thing is she works on her own since covid so getting appointments quickly is abit difficult but worth the wait if you can.

Today was my first visit to Trisha at Elegance Hair Design. She came highly recommended by a good friend and I can see why! She is a lovely lady, extremely experienced and she did me a brilliant cut and blow, and very reasonable indeed! I will definitely be back, she's brilliant!

I love going for my appointment at Halo in heald green. The staff are so lovely and we all have a good giggle together. The amazing talented Nade has been cutting my hair for that 8 year. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair cut or colour. She always make me feel like a new women.

Nadine at Halo has been doing my hair now for a long time. An amazing stylist and colourist, I trust her 100% when she makes suggestions. I get compliments all the time on my cut and colour and the condition of my hair . She is so friendly and warm , love my down time in her chair …. Great therapy . I’ve been having my hair done there for a good while now! The girls are great can always have a good conversation and a laugh in there! Salon is lovely and clean always over the moon with my hair when I come out! Nadine always takes her time with my hair and makes sure it’s right and everyone always comments on my colour as she gets it right every time! Would 1000% recommend this hair salon to anyone!

Honestly one of the best hair cut and colours I've had. Really lovely set-up and atmosphere. So professional but really friendly. Competitive pricing compared to some of the bigger salons around that are no where near as good! Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend!

Had my hair done today with Liv at Me Time and she was amazing. Really listened to what I did and didn’t like about my current hair and gave me options for how I could get what I wanted. Really lovely service and great salon. Also had my little girls first hair cut - she was great created a lovely hair cut on her. She is only 18 months so quite wiggly but Liv did an amazing job. Chloe was lovely there too as well as the girl who washed my hair. Highly recommend!!

Very happy costumer, lovely experience. Misty looked like she knew what she was doing and she delivered. Did a difficult grey blending, getting rid of the colour I didn’t want anymore blending my greys in making my colour a low maintenance one on the long run. Having very little faith in hair salons after numerous bad experiences, I tried here as a last resort, following good reviews I'd seen and I'm glad I did as I've never been disappointed. Rowan listened to my concerns and wishes and pulled out the bag what I thought was impossible. Lovely friendly team and finally found a place who does what I ask, doesn't cut all my hair off and I don't end up losing it all due to damage. Cannot thank Mini Rascals enough for looking after my little boy after being traumatised at his previous barbers. They were absolutely amazing with him and the atmosphere was warm and friendly and my little boy was able to play with toys in the back room before he had his haircut which calmed him down massively. Was such a lovely experience and we will 100% be coming back. Highly recommended if your child struggles with having their hair cut x
