Lovely, calming atmosphere. I booked a lava shell massage with Lisa and the experience from arrival in the salon until leaving was excellent. Lisa listened to exactly what I wanted and was fab. Everybody was smiley and friendly. Pricing on par with others in the area. No spaces available in the parking across the road so parked on a side street with a short walk. Happy customer and I’ll be back for the deep tissue! Thank you.

Fab collection today at the Gatley Refillery. Ordered some wonderful and eco friendly Christmas gifts which Katie packaged up for me so all I had to do was pick them up. Amazing service as always! Best place to go for beauty and now gifts and eco refills too!

Absolutely outstanding salon! The girls are all amazing at what they do and I always come away so relaxed! They are an ear to listen, a smiling face when you walk in the door and the quality of their treatments is second to non. I will not go anywhere else for any treatments.

A while ago I made a negative comment in the reviews section and immediately I got an apologetic response and was invited back to rectify the problem. I was impressed by this and have been back today. I received a friendly welcome and I left very satisfied. Thank you Love Beauty and thank you Betsy.. In this day and age problems are not usually dealt with as quickly and as courteously. I will return.

Always enjoy my visits to Love Beauty Gatley, the team are always lovely and easy to talk to. I usually have treatment with Katie and have never left disappointed. Always willing to give me a therapy session or just a laugh.
