I went to Amy with dry, dull skin with fine lines starting to become more visible. I had zero experience of any home care skin routine and in desperate need of some direction. The salon is an immaculate and tranquil space to receive a 5 star pamper experience from warm and welcoming professionals. Amy initially provided a full consultation to understand what I wanted to achieve, and then made tailored suggests to suit me. The consultation was thorough and very detailed to ensure the service was right for my skin type and needs. After that, I had my first chemical peel ( the words chemical peel have always scared me but with Amy I felt in safe hands, as she explained what I was having, why and how she was going to take me through the carefully planned different stages of peel potency). I didn’t have any issues after the treatment and saw a difference to my skin around day 14. I then received a mini aftercare pack with a specific instruction leaflet that Amy explained again to me in detail, with the assurance that if I needed any further support at home… just to reach out. Amy then set me up to the Alumier app and created an easy to follow skin care routine to begin at home. I’m now a few months in, Ive been using the home skin care routine and been back to Amy for regular facials that I genuinely feel are making a difference to my skin. I would highly recommend AV Medispa to anyone looking to transform their skin!

I went to Amy with really bad acne and acne scarring due to having really oily skin. She was so thorough in my consultation and she set me up with some really great products to get me started on my skincare journey. The Alumiere products are second to none and they have significantly improved my skin within just two months. I’ve also recently had my first chemical peel with Amy and it was worth every penny! It made a difference straight away and I will be continuing to have one every 8 weeks to try and reduce my scarring which I am hopeful will work for me. Amy is amazing, she answers all of my questions thoroughly and without hesitation, she has been nothing but supportive and kind - she is a lovely person and AV Medispa is such a welcoming and comfortable environment. I’m so glad I have found this solution to my skin problems, just when I was beginning to give up hope! It has dramatically improved my self confidence and that is why it has been absolutely invaluable to me. Amy and Emily are both fantastic. I had my nails and facial done with Emily which were both lovely. As a team they are incredibly professional and friendly. Amy is so knowledgable with all things skin. I really wouldn’t go to anyone else for any skin advice, she has transformed my skin over the last 12 months from being super sensitive and irritable. Amy has done my nails for many years (since pre AV Medispa) and her meticulous detail is what would make me not go anywhere else! Lovely person and a beautiful salon. Amy's approach to everything is to provide the most calming, person centred treatment to make you feel special. Emily has been trained to be a mini Amy and provides the same exceptional service.
