Had the best manicure and pedicure with Ruth and Deval! They were so lovely and made the whole experience super relaxing. My nails look amazing—such great attention to detail and a perfect finish. From the minute you walk in until the end the service you get is amazing! Lovey staff and amazing work. And the salon is so beautiful as well! I booked in for a last minute appointment with Cheri and went for a cat eye BIAB. Cheri was lovely and attentive, and did an amazing job! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with everything including shape, length and colour. I’ll definitely be back.

Had a wonderful experience in my colouring session. I went there for my appointment with my baby, they gave me a private quite room so that me and my baby had privacy during the whole session. The lady dasty who did my hair colour was a very wonderful lady, did exactly the same colour which I showed her in the picture. All the staffs including the honour were very nice and warm. They all made sure that I dont face any problem with my baby. I highly recommend the salon because of their good work and behaviour. Cant be happy enough!! Keep up the good work team!

Very good experience here, arrived a little early and was seen straight away. They took great care of asking me exactly what I wanted. Enjoyable service and time, got served tea and Brazilian snacks. Will return again!

Carole provided an excellent consultation, carefully explaining the best length for my hair based on its texture and offering great styling and maintenance tips. Her expertise and skill truly stand out, and I highly recommend her! She also did an incredible hair treatment that made an immediate difference—my hair looked noticeably healthier, shinier, and more vibrant. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was completely happy and satisfied before I left the salon. Couldn’t recommend this special salon enough 🌟The lovely Rachel did an amazing job on my nails ; completely transformed them and I couldn’t be happier with the results❤️ The staff are so friendly from the second you arrive and make you feel at ease. There is something at shallows for everybody from piercings / tattoos , hair , nails , even tooth gems; all at such great prices. The super relaxed yet uniquely beautiful atmosphere makes the experience lovely🫶🏻 So glad I found this place 🙈

Really cool place and Georgia was fantastic! She did my nose piercing and was gentle and understanding - been a long time since I had my last piercing so I had the shakes (nerves) and she gave me the option of lying down while doing the piercing which helped. Very informative about how the piercing was going to be done and after care. And just all round lovely staff! I didn't see the cocktails but may be back soon to try one (or three 😜)

I have had 2 sessions of microneedling now with the lovely Mel @sorceress_beautyx and could not be happier! Mel has a way of making you feel instantly comfortable and at home, so happy i found her and my skin has genuinely never looked better. She makes you feel so cared for and is the complete opposite to a commercial salon experience. I have been non-stop raving about this place, such a great atmosphere and everyone is so friendly!

Norah and her staff were able to achieve the colour I wanted in one sitting given I had box dyed my hair! All of the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Definitely would recommend to all. There is a reason this salon has 5star rating!! I went in for the first time yesterday for a balayage and the experience was amazing!!! I was extremely nervous about having a drastic change of hair colour but Gretha was reassuring me throughout the whole process and what I loved was the fact that she didn’t care about the time it took, she wanted to see me happy before I left. She did an amazing job on my hair and I’m so delighted with the result. I can’t wait to go back there for a few other treatments that I need, it’s great to go to a salon where they do EVERYTHING :) All the staff were friendly and approachable, the manager Inas was lovely!!! Amazing salon! I brought my daughter here to have a full head of highlights and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The salon is beautifully designed and provides such a welcoming atmosphere. The ladies that work here are lovely, they made us feel so comfortable it felt like we had been clients for years. Walked in to see if I could get a quick haircut. Really accommodating and slotted me in between other bookings. My hair was in terrible condition after years of dying it and daily swimming. Had it chopped into a short bob. Really great cut, great advice, professional, great price. 5* highly recommended. Went in feeling embarrassed and came out feeling a million dollars. Will definitely take the advice given and return.

I went to Charm salon on Friday 31st Jan and got nail gel manicure done with Farah. It was my first time in this salon and I was very impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the salon. Farah was very friendly and welcoming and highly qualified in her field. I am definitely planning to keep this salon for my regular nail appointments. It only costed me 22.50 which is I think a very reasonable price.

I’ve been a customer for the past year and I’ve come back so many times! So far have done gel manicure and gel toes and every time I leave the salon happy. The ladies are all professionals and pay attention to detail! I highly recommend

I've been considering a bikini wax for quite some time. After coming across the 5* reviews for aloha wax this prompted me to book an appointment. Wow! I am so so glad I did. From the moment I met cristina she made me very welcome. It was my first time having this treatment, I was nervous & my pain threshold was none existant (yes I'm a wimp) which I relayed to her. In return nothing but reassurance & warm, friendly chats, so much so the treatment was over before I knew it. As for pain I worked myself up & it definately wasnt warranted the results are just fabulous. 100% recommend booking in with this amazing lady.

Tried Aloha Waxing for the first time and was not disappointed! Christina was fantastic and deserves the 5star rating! I was unsure at first as I’d never had hot wax before and it was different to what I’m used to with the wax strips but I have to say it’s definitely better! First time I’ve ever had a wax and not had to tidy it up at home! She’s very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I absolutely recommend you give this place a try! No double dipping in the wax pot so it’s fresh for every customer which is perfect 👍
