I absolutely love Cheryl her level of knowledge & professionalism is outstanding, my hair has never looked so good in all my life, everyone says how great my hair looks now. Cheryl is super friendly & gives you the best advice, I feel 110% at ease with Cheryl. You get the whole salon experience & feel well looked after . The salon is immaculate & fully stocked with the best products! To add all the girls are really friendly & are very good at their jobs , hence why the salon is always busy! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am new to Saks, having left my usual hairdresser due to distance of travel to see her. Saks is closer to where I live with plenty of parking and convenient opening hours. I have been so impressed with the service I received from Cheryl and her team! They all made me feel welcome and relaxed. Cheryl was extremely professional and carefully listened to what I wanted. She gave me various options for a colour, cut and blow dry. I was so impressed with the final result and will 100% be recommending my family and friends to come here. Thanks very much!

I had my second eyelash tint with Emma, so pleased again with the result, perfect for summer when I don't wear much makeup and can leave off mascara. I also had my gel polish removed and Emma did a lovely file and trim and my nails look and feel great. Emma always makes me feel relaxed and never rushes, lovely to have a chat in a nice clean and calming atmosphere.

Wonderful wig service is provided by Nicola, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the wigs are beautiful, I tried quite a few and bought one that day, Nicola razored the fringe for me to suit. I would highly recommended! xx

Clean and tidy salon. Staff are friendly. I use the same stylist who asks questions about style and has given me a great cut that many of my friends comment on all the time.

I've been going here for nearly 10 years.. • The staff are lovely and welcoming. • The salon is always clean and comfortable. • Kane has always done my hair, giving honest advice on what would suit, what would work (or not work) with my hair, all to help create the best looks for my hair. • He has NEVER cut more than I've asked for, which is amazing. Trusting someone with your hair often feels like a rare thing, but I do trust Kane with my hair. • My haircuts have never felt rushed... the staff always give you the time and focus your hair requires. • If you're having colours/bleaching done, they follow safety procedures with patch tests. • If something unpredictably doesn't turn out right, they will fix it where possible. I’ve been coming to Escape with all my family for probably the last 2 years. They cut my children’s and husband’s hair. I have highlights and most recently had tape extensions with Natalie as she knew I was really not happy with my hair. She talked me through the process advised and helped decide what would work best for me. I’m really happy with the result which has given me loads more confidence. The salon is modern, always clean, welcoming and friendly. Would recommend!

Barbara used to cut my hair in the late '80's/ early' 90's and I found her again on Instagram by chance. I had a consultation with her and at the appointment my hair was cut exactly as I wanted it. Barbara is a fantastic hairdresser who I would highly recommend and lucky for me she is just up the road from where I live now.

Hands down the best hair salon in Bromley Cross. The salon owner has years of experience and makes you feel so safe and secure during your appointments. I rang Artisan after a mishap with my hair (my granddaughter attempted to cut my pony tail off while I was asleep and won!!) 🙈When I explained what had happened Barbara, the owner, fitted me in that day... I went for my appointment and was greeted with a smile from Barbara and the two young staff. I felt totally at ease immediately. I don't really like going for a haircut, it makes me anxious... This day any feelings I had just disappeared.. Barbara's Junior trainee Abbie, washed my hair and I can honestly say it was just wonderful, she massaged my scalp all over and I could've stayed there for hours. Abbie was just delightful, she's a little gem and just perfect for hairdressing. I couldn't believe it when she told me she was only 16.!!. her people skills are amazing... 😁😁 THANK YOU Abbie for that experience x When I sat down waiting for Barbara Abbie made me a lovely cup of tea... Barbara then talked me through what she suggested... (I had previously coloured my hair and the grow out was half way down my hair, it just looked awful... ) She listened to me and between us it was decided that all the old colour would be cut out and I would embrace my greyness... The finish is lovely and I'm so happy, if I wasn't staying nearby in a hotel, I would without a doubt become a regular... I live too far away...
