Went to the salon for the first time yesterday for a big job on my hair. I haven’t had my hair done for over a year so I needed a new base colour, highlights and a cut. Naseem did my hair and I absolutely loved my experience with her. Naseem was kind, attentive, listened well to what I wanted and really went the extra mile to make me feel happy and comfortable (for example, by double checking I am happy with the colour, by offering to change it if I am not happy, by not pressuring me to do anything in particular but offering her opinion etc). I hope you never change Naseem and remain this bubbly, professional and kind ❤️ I have had negative experiences whilst getting my hair done in the past at other salons so I was a bit apprehensive but Naseem exceeded my expectations because she has the right balance of professionalism but also warmth. She is experienced and considerate. I loved Naseem and will be requesting another appointment with her soon! I met the other ladies too and they were all happy and lovely women to be around. You have a fantastic salon Lida.

I have been going to Lida Fara for over 4 years now, and I can honestly say the girls at the salon welcome every customer with open arms. I use Ellie for my root colour and hair cut, she always does an amazing job.
