First time with Racheal I would highly recommend . So skilled and talented . She was honest about my whacky request to go from bright red to brown and blonde saying that it would time . She did however do an amazing job . You can tell she is passionate about her Profession . She is bright and bubbly and made me so comfortable. Very reasonably priced also which is a bonus . Thank you so much
