I had an amazing experience with Summer, who did an incredible job on both mine and my mum's hair. She was so sweet, really listened to what we wanted, and made us feel completely comfortable. Not only did she give us beautiful styles, but we also had a lovely chat throughout the appointment. Highly recommend Summer for her expertise and her warm, friendly personality!

Just had my second visit with Ashley and she's done another great job on my hair. She is hard working and always efficient with her work. Iv been really happy with the colour, cut and the excellent service. The salon has a relaxed and friendly ambience. A returning customer after 8 years and I don't know why I picked anywhere else. This will be my go to place now.

My mom had a cut and blow dry booked in with Summer, who was absolutely lovely—she made my mom feel really comfortable and did an amazing job. Her hair looks so much thicker and beautifully styled! It’s been 10 days since I had my hair colored, and as I mentioned in my initial review, the team at Urban Roots is absolutely professional and incredibly kind. Ashleigh was the one who did my hair. Before the coloring, a patch test was conducted. Initially, I wasn’t completely satisfied with how the color turned out, but now, on day 10, the color looks even more beautiful. Most importantly, my hair hasn’t been damaged at all. I truly want to thank Ashleigh and the entire Urban Roots team!
