I went today for a complete change! And it is exactly how I wanted it. Vicki was brilliant and really listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. I’m really happy with my new cut. I will definitely be back! We also had our two young girls hair cut there a few weeks ago and they were brilliant with them and really good prices. Would 100% recommend Retreat to anyone.

Vicki cut and styled my hair last week and I was really impressed with her work! She managed to correct a mishap from my last hair cut wonderfully and made me feel at ease right away. The salon is gorgeous and decorated beautifully! Vicki was easy to talk to and discussed thoroughly what I wanted done and gave good tips for maintenance. Thanks Vicki! This was my first time at Retreat and I was so happy with the service. I called every salon in Long Eaton and this one was the only one who got back to me. My hair was a mess but it was easily fixed: washed, trimmed, the weight cut out and blow dried in less than an hour. Vicky put me at ease super quick and made the whole situation seamless. My first experience at Retreat Hair Salon today and what a wonderful experience it was! Vicki is fabulous she transformed my hair back to blonde and asked me exactly what I wanted, she is brilliant I cannot recommend her highly enough.Will definitely be going back. Karen x
