I didn't think my hair could be saved from the mess it was in! I had a consult with Chloe a couple of weeks ago and had my hair done with her today. I am so happy with the results. It's gorgeous!

I popped in on the off chance they would have a blow dry for my lunch hour and they did. Zoe was so friendly and did my hair so lovely. I’m not sure who shampood my hair but that was very relaxing too! Only negative was Zoe needs to be more confident in her blow dry ability it was brilliant!

Fantastic experience at Burlingtons as always. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff friendly and attentive. My stylists Jason and Keeley did an amazing job with my haircut and colour. I highly recommend Burlingtons for anyone seeking top-notch service, talent and a truly pleasant experience.

I cannot recommend this hairdressers enough! Specifically Jodie. She got us in on the day, just before Christmas too. And she made my daughters (very thick and kind of wild) hair, look just stunning! She's the first hair dresser to actually listen to me about her slightly quirky parting and was absolutely wonderful with my 8 year old, so friendly and just lovely. Thank you so so much. Stumbled across this place a few years ago for my Harry Potter obsessed eldest's birthday party, which was brilliant fun. Not only is the most incredibly decorated salon I've ever been to but the service is impeccable. Jodie is so friendly and helpful and reassuring. Always come out feeling your best! And the ideal place for a wizarding party or pamper session!

Thank you to Lauren for sorting out my colour, I’m so pleased with it. She gave me a consultation and booked me in the following weekend to sort the mess out (thank you Lauren!) Lauren took her time and made a fabulous job. Everyone has commented how nice it looks!! I’ve just booked my next appointment 😊

Jodie always does my brows and lashes and does a fab job. Sam does my hair now and managed to tidy up a bit of a botch job for me! It also helps that they have a lovely range of hot drink options and are great people; I love the Harry Pooter decor too... It really is a lovely place to spend some time!

One Nine Three Hair and Beauty is the place to go! I always go for my eye brows to be done after preferring Jodie to do them before she had this salon. She is absolutely fantastic and her customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and all of the staff make you feel very welcome whenever you are in the salon. Yesterday was my first time having a facial done at One Nine Three and it was amazing! One of the best I have ever had. I will definitely be going again for another one! 💕

I had my hair cut today by Ellaina. Not to be dramatic but it’s the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I always leave salons feeling not 100% about my hair and end up chopping bits at home but here I’ve just had the best experience. She listened to everything I told her, and was very patient with me because I struggle socially (being autistic). She asked me multiple times if I was happy and I’m so glad she did because I will always say yes at first regardless, with her asking multiple times it gave me the opportunity to not try to people please haha. She gave me so much of her time and I am so grateful. Priced very reasonably as well. I’ve never found a ‘permanent’ hair salon because as I said before I always am not 100% sure about my hair but I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so so much :))

I’ve had my hair done with the lovely Zenita twice now, and I would never go anywhere else, She’s so talented! The salon is an amazing atmosphere, I always feel so welcomed and relaxed. Zenita listens to what I want to achieve with my hair and always does a better job than I could ever imagine ! I’d highly recommend true to zen, they’re a truly talented, gorgeous bunch !

I’ve been going to embellish for a couple of years and love the place. The staff are so friendly. My stylist Sarah is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is attentive and caring. She listens to how you want and like your hair. She offers good advice about your hair. She is absolutely brilliant. I always love my hair and get exactly what we have discussed and decided on. What a very talented hairdresser she is. I would recommend her to everyone. I’ve sent friends to her and they all feel just like I do. The salon has been newly refurbished and looks absolutely beautiful. All the staff are friendly and attentive. I am offered a drink several times during my visit and Sarah always tells the person making it how I like it so I get a perfect cup of coffee. These little things are important. I always get a wonderful head massage off Sarah as part of my hair wash because she knows how much I love it. If I only want a very slight trim then that is what I get. No taking up to an inch off like other stylists have in the past. Sarah always listens to what is important to me and wants very much to make sure I’m happy with what she has done. Her customers are important to her and she wants them to leave the salon feeling amazing. She takes pride in what she does and always gives her very best to make sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend embellish and definitely recommend Sarah to everyone. A very talented knowledgeable and experienced stylist indeed. I’ve been having my hair done with Dan for years and my hair has never looked better. I tried many other salons in the past and was never fully satisfied with the results. Embellish has such a nice atmosphere and always provides a top quality service. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would never go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Sarah for many years. I followed her from a previous salon to embellish because such good hairdressers are hard to come by. I love the salon she is at now. The salon I has recently undergone a renovation and looks lovely. The seats are so comfortable to sit in while you are having your hair done. It’s a friendly salon with a professional and comfortable atmosphere. Sarah is so good at her job. I’m fussy about how I have my hair done but Sarah always pays attention to what I want and does it just right. She is a credit to the salon. She is a lovely young lady with a caring nature. I've been a regular customer for some time now and always leave the salon happy. Keeley is a real magician in hair colouring and the results are better than I've dreamt about! Hair treatments are also very nourishing and the hair look silky and shiny for a couple of months afterwards.

I cannot speak highly enough of MD Hair! The staff are all amazing, they’re all so friendly and welcoming and really can’t do enough to make you feel at home and well looked after. They’re all so knowledgable and passionate about everything that they do. They go into great depth, explaining which colours would best suit your completion and eye colour and which cut would best suit and emphasise your best features. Michelle does my hair and I’m always so happy when I leave and feeling my absolute best. I’ve now been going to MD for over 2 years and I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else, they really are the best! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Was really nervous to have my hair coloured again as I had a bad experience at a different local salon a few weeks prior. I had a consultation with Sarah who listened to what I wanted and explained thoroughly what could reasonably be achieved and what the process would be. What a wonderful salon. Amy has done my hair twice while I've been on holiday, and did an amazing job both times. The second time, we did a big change up with the color and a bit of a change with the style. It turned out perfect!! People I've known for decades said it was their favorite of the colors and styles I've done... and I change it up a lot! If I'm in the area again, I will definitely be booking with Amy!!

Been going to these guys since they were in the centre and they are brilliant. All the team and great, they are always friendly and honest about what will or wont suit you. There’s always a coffee and a chat and you feel like one of the family. They are also great with my teenage daughter who doesn’t like noise and being touched. My make things calm and understand she needs patience and understanding. Their cuts are always great and last for ages.

Absolutely could not recommend the salon enough! Everyone is so warm & welcoming and it’s always such a lovely, bubbly place to go. I always get compliments on my hair and absolutely love it every time i go. My hair has grown to be much healthier & in the best condition it’s been since regularly using the salon for the last few years. I’ll never go anywhere else to get it done, it’s the best!

Salon DM WOW!! What an amazing team. They soon turned my frown upside down, more than a stylist! Girl power, love and understanding. A compassionate team attended to all ones' needs, very accommodating, left feeling a new woman. Superstar service!! My two girls and I left feeling truly pampered, having our hair restyled. Great haircut and my hairdresser Reagan had a great personality as well as all the other staff there who supported me giving my 3 year old who got a bit upset with the idea of his hair being cut a lollipop. They cut his hair regularly, quickly and well too. Great shampoo and wash, brush, cut and style. Thank you everyone :)

Stopped in for a Wash, trim and style yesterday and was very happy with my whole experience!! Raegan was super friendly, professional and skilled. I’m glad she was available for me to walk in and get my hair done. The salon was clean, and all the staff I encountered were friendly. I would recommend getting your hair done if you are in Chesterfield. The price was also lower than I was expecting too!! So that was a nice surprise!!

Brilliant salon, Gee is amazing! I have short hair and struggled to find somewhere that would give me a modern cut. Gee gave me a brilliant cut, I also had full foils and a toner too, I love my new hair!! Great friendly and welcoming place with the best stylists. I can't recommend enough!!

I had my hair sorted here by Elaine, took a couple of visits to get the exact colour I wanted having been ash blonde for 30 years, its a refreshing change to have balayage with some baby highlights. I love it & get so many compliments.
