Excellent, excellent, excellent. I have had the pleasure of going to Laura for over 10 years and would not go anywhere else. I have had various treatments over the years, including recently laser, which I would highly recommend, great value for money and pain free (for me anyway). As for nails, where do I start, best in the business, takes pride in her job and nail art is second to none. One talented lady.

18 months ago, I had my eyebrows tattooed whilst visiting my family in Canada. I felt a review was very much overdue and booked an appointment with Laura last Friday. What a different experience from the one I had had in Canada! Laura took me through the procedure- step by step- breaking each stage down into language I could understand. What in depth knowledge she showed on the subject! Thank you Laura for the patience you showed towards me, understanding that it quite a daunting undertaking for nervous people like myself. Looking forward to starting it off in January- on my return from Canada.

I have been going to Laura for over 14 years now for my Acrylic Nail Extensions and Overlays. She has always exceeded my expectations with every design or idea I have ever had for my nails. Her talent amazes me. Laura has done various Waxing and Beauty Treatments over the years too and is always very professional and Friendly. She remembers things we have talked about even though she sees many people. I feel privileged and lucky to have found someone who is not only talented in what she does but is a wonderful person as well.

Always a pleasure to go into this salon & they offer the best advice as I have very dry skin which has now been the best it’s ever been. From facials to waxing nails & hair I don’t need to go anywhere else. Keep up the good work ladies ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I came to the salon just last week and had the most amazing experience with a stylist called Amy she restyled my hair to look like the picture that I showed her. I’m very happy with the service and the staff are brilliant. Also they do everything you could possibly imagine at amazing prices. I would recommend this place highly.

I would just like to say being able to have everything done under one roof is a blessing from the hairdressers to the beauticians. This place is a five star all rounder you can have waxing, massage, lashes, makeup ,nails, eyebrows, hair and much more to offer all all under one roof. I’ve been very happy with all of my services from this business and the staff are very welcoming and take care of your every need.

The salon has a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and the girls are so friendly and welcoming. Chanel is so talented in what she does, always goes with whatever style I bring to her and at such an affordable price (acrylic nails). Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My friend recommended Heidi to me after years of using various nail salons over Derby. By far this is the best place I have ever used and Heidi has been doing my nails for over a year now!! She knows what I like and they always look great!! I also use Amy for treatments and they are both lovely women, attentive and always very friendly..the salon has a lovely atmosphere and I wouldn’t go any where else!!

I love simply beautiful! I have had appointments with Amy, Heidi and Kelly. All the ladies are amazing- they make you so welcoming and you feel pampered by the end of your session. Amy is amazing and so knowledgeable about the products she uses and explains every step to you, making you feel fab! Heidi has a special flare - so talented and lovely - amazing nail art. I was able to book an appointment within 30 mins of making an enquiry. The salon was clean and tidy. K was very professional, helpful in helping me choose a colour for Gel nails. The nails looked great and felt great. One week on and they are still looking great. Very reasonable cost too. I shall return. Thank you

Kuldeep did a beautiful job with my eyelash extensions! The salon is super clean & such a relaxing environment. I was a little bit anxious beforehand as I’ve never had eyelash extensions before, but Kuldeep is absolutely lovely and answered any questions that I had, and she made me feel so comfortable during the process. Randomly woke up today wanting to get my hair cut. Normally I use a salon in town, but in this heat I didn't want to make the bus journey. After a quick Google search I found citrus, just a short 10 minute walk away from home. Rang them expecting to have to wait for an appointment, but I managed to get one straight away, fantastic. Walked in and was warmly greeted, confirmed my appointment time and asked to take a seat. I was approached by my stylist promptly at 1:30 and taken over to get my hair washed. The stylist was absolutely lovely, I'm not a very talkative person, especially in a new environment, around new people and she managed to get a full conversation out of me. She was constantly checking I was happy with the length and her technique was flawless. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. My wash, cut and finish took a quick 30 minutes and cost £18.50. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be coming back.

I have been going there for many years. My daughter had her hair washed n blow dry and a trim. It looks lovely. Always come out feeling nice. It's cash only hairdressers. Lovely hairdressers.
