I had a facial today by a very attentive, skilled and professional therapist (Lauren). I felt completely relaxed, warm and like the quality of my treatment was important to her. As always, the aroma of the Clarins products induced relaxation but in addition there were candle lit in the room and a blanket available for warmth. The room was also at a comfortable temperature. I will definitely book in with Lauren again.
A lovely session. Lauren explained clearly what to expect, as it wasn’t a treatment I’d had before. Lauren told me what she was doing at each stage and made me feel very comfortable. I’m looking forward to my next session already.
Amazing Neom hand and arm massage today. So relaxing and sorted my dry hands out. Treated myself to a gel manicure alongside it and I am so happy with it. I don’t recall the therapists name but she was very friendly and attentive to detail and really took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. Thank you so much. Il be booking again soon
