Me and my daughter had our make-up done with paige she is amazing at make-up she does exactly what you ask for we both loved it and my daughter re booked for her prom.

Knowing hollie, Paige and the girls at zoo I have never had one bad experience here. They are all lovely down to earth and amazing at their jobs! Would highly recommend to EVERY SINGLE of of my friends family work colleagues. The atmosphere is fantastic beautiful coffee. Great place for a pamper ❤️

The young ladies that work there are very helpful, kind and fully understand what it is you want doing. I've had my hair cut and my eyebrows tinted and waxed. I would highly recommend these to anyone xxx

I had my make up and hair done by these lovely ladies last week, as I was a bridesmaid for my cousin's wedding. They were AMAZING, all of the bridal party looked stunning. I am in my mid 40's, but they made me look and feel so much younger, I got compliments all day, and after I posted the photos online. They honestly worked miracles with me!! I cannot recommend Sammy enough! I absolutely hate getting my hair cut, but she made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. She listened to everything I wanted, took such great care of me, and delivered exactly what I asked for. It’s so rare to find a hairdresser who truly understands and respects your preferences, but Sammy nailed it. Best hairdresser ever!

Had a lovely appointment with Sian. She gave great advice and I came away with a new style. It was really relaxing in the salon and the cup of tea was appreciated. Pricing was really good .Booked my next appointment.

My 10 year old autistic daughter had her first ever haircut with you. She was very nervous but Kirsty, despite being very busy was absolutely brilliant with her. She didn't pressure her into talking, kept physical contact and disturbance to a minimum. I would recommend images to anyone, my self confidence has flooded back after such a disaster from a different hairdresser, the young girl that did my hair was kind, and professional throughout, asking and seeking advice from her work colleagues, again who spent the time to ensure my hair was done as I wished, can not thank them enough my hair is a massive part of my confidence which is now back on top form, even the young girl on work placement helped during the process when asked and again really nice and polite, great place , highly recommend

Today was my second visit to the salon. After the patch test. Booked in for highlights Amy today the new stylist chose my colour a lovely ice blonde colour after I explained what I was looking for,Amy made the best choice and so accurate to what I was looking for. What stood out about this salon was the warm welcome as soon as you walk in the door and friendly faces. All the stylist are passionate about there customers and highly experienced. Excellent team work.Lovely atmosphere . I love my hair colour Amy did for me today. This will be my regular salon to have my hair treatment from now on. Everyone is lovely and friendly. Leah has been absolutely amazing over my filler journey. We started with a consultation where Leah planned everything out, gave timings and explained everything. She was so helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease. There was no pressure to have anything I didn’t want and was extremely professional with her application of the filler. I am so grateful to Leah thank you so much!

I contacted Leah regarding a filler package and booked a consultation first and foremost, she was so lovely and gave me the advice I was looking for that I actually ended up booking my appointment the same day for a few weeks later. On the day of the appointment Leah gave me so much useful information, guiding me through the process and made me feel so comfortable throughout, talking me through it and checking that I felt OK as well as checking I was happy with how things were looking at different stages. I came away with plenty of aftercare advice and honestly so happy with the results of my treatments. I would definitely recommend and will 100% be back!

Leah is absolutely amazing, she’s the only person I would trust for lip filler! Leah is very professional and always takes time and care during the initial consultation and throughout the treatment. She’s absolutely worth the two and a half hour round trip for me!

Leah has done my make up for many years since she first started out and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face now she is incredible at what she does, always remains 100% professional. Every time I go to her she listens so well to what I’m wanting and helps me make decisions on if she thinks something else would look better or thinks something won’t look right she is always honest and I love that she has the time to pay attention to detail when you want it. Leah did my bridal makeup and it was the best decision I’ve ever made she arrived ahead of time and made sure everything was perfect. She works so well under pressure but never faulters. Thankyou for always making me look and feel great. I also have a lot of other treatments from Leah such as Botox, fillers and fat dissolvers and honestly I would never trust anyone else now she knows exactly what she’s doing her knowledge is endless and helps you with exactly how many ml etc for your face shape/look always with so much honesty. I know I’m never going to look silly as Leah gives the best advice. I’m so glad I found Leah and that she continues to extend her services I’m always looking out for something new to try and she is constantly improving her business. The new salon is a dream too so welcoming, bright and comfortable I really enjoy visiting knowing I will always be leaving smiling even if nervous when first arriving due to trying a new treatment I’m made to feel at ease and comfortable in minutes of arriving. It’s a great team working at the salon and honestly I couldn’t recommend them enough! 5* for me!!!

I always get compliments on my hair and absolutely love it every time i go. I was lucky enough to be a model for trial of a new product a few weeks back. Due to the lovely salon and people there I decided to return instead of reaching for the box dye. Hayley, coloured, washed, cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted. Although Hayley was busy with other clients at the same time her time management was perfect. No complaints here. After having a really bad experience at another hair dressers which left me dreading having my hair done else where. I went to Hayley who listened to what had happened to me. We talked through what she was going to do which settled my nerves and she gave me the most beautiful cut and colour I have ever had. 10 years on I still go to Hayley every 6 weeks as I will not let anyone else touch my hair. Fabulous person with excellent skills.

I booked a curling master class with Hayley. I have been struggling for years to curl my own hair so I decided to attend the class. The atmosphere was so lovely and Hayley was so professional explaining and showing us all the different ways to curl. We then got to practice on our own hair and for the first time I managed to do it. I would definitely recommend 100% the curling Masterclass to all that struggle with curling their own hair. Hayley is very professional and helpful the best Hairdresser by far xx

I love this place so much, I come here for my hair, facials, massage and laser hair removal. All the staff are amazing and are the best in their fields. It's a gorgeous building with a really welcoming and friendly environment which puts you at ease straight away. I can't recommend this place and the girls enough. Just been for another laser session and I'm almost at a dolphin state of smoothness, Ella is so friendly and puts you at ease in what could be an awkward situation, especially if it's your first time. If you're not already booked in for treatments here what are you playing at!

Emma did an amazing job for my bridal hair and makeup recently. She very kindly fitted me in at short notice for a trial and listened to just what I wanted. My hair and makeup lasted all day and I was really happy with it. She also has lots of great makeup/skincare advice which has been super useful. Thanks Emma!

Emma was brilliant. I booked her for my wedding aug '24. I am very much not a hair or make up type person, but Emma was very good at helping me with information on how to prep my skin and hair to make sure it looked the best. I loved the final outcome, i highly recommend and i will be using her in the future for any big events. She's very competitively priced and the communication is quick. Huge thank you to Emma who did my hair and makeup for my wedding last month. I visited her studio around 6 weeks before the big day for a hair and makeup trial. The Hair and Makeup Studio in Penmore House is a lovely venue and Emma really made me feel at home. We tried a few different hair styles which were all wonderful and then she applied my makeup. Emma prides herself on providing a natural look and enhancing natural beauty and this described perfectly what she did. On the day of the wedding she arrived at the venue and made me feel and look absolutely wonderful for my big day. The makeup lasted all day and my updo was still in place the next! I cannot recommend her enough if you want to feel special on your big day, or if you just want to feel pampered!

Emma was fantastic from beginning to end. I had my trial about 6 weeks before my wedding and thought I knew what I wanted, but actually changed my mind. She was patient and understanding, and really listened to what I wanted. On the day, she came to the venue and made me, my bridesmaid and my mum look fabulous. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone for their big day!
