The work she did to make our wedding day was incredible, all of our guests commented how beautiful both our ceremony room & wedding breakfast room were dressed. When we did our first reveal of the room it took our breath away - we had never dreamt it could have looked so perfect. Cheryl was easy to talk through, made fantastic recommendations and her expertise on venue dressing is just brilliant. Cheryl was a breeze to deal with for our wedding venue styling and nothing was too much trouble. She has fabulous ideas and is willing to be flexible and accommodating to meet the needs of the couple. This is very late but very well deserved. Cheryl was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My theme was all over the place from vibtage to design to modern colours and i genuinely couldnt make my mind up. If im honest I didn't know what to expect, but let me tell you, out of this world. Everyone, and I mean everyone, commented on how how fabulous our venue looked. Nothing was too big or too small for her. We unfortunately lost our son before our wedding and she did a beautiful table for him for us, he was still best man, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed.

Kieran & Dominic were absolutely brilliant! We hired them for our wedding last year 27.07. From the moment I reached out for availability to the actual wedding day itself, Kieran was very quick to respond and extremely informative. He helped guide us through the day from their arrival so we knew what to expect. He also helped us curate the playlist of the day & had helpful suggestions for our first song choice too. They are the friendliest duo and were always keeping our guests entertained throughout the evening. I highly recommend booking them for your wedding!

From the very beginning, we instantly got along with Kieran and Dom. They were incredibly helpful during the lead up to the wedding and were open to playing any songs we wanted, even going the extra mile to learn new ones just for us. On the day, they arrived well before the ceremony and were polite to all our guests. They took numerous song requests and even played "Baby Shark" to keep the little ones entertained, which was a big hit! Before the wedding, they asked for our song list and got an idea of what to play during the DJ set. They made sure to play specific songs at special moments, including our sparking exit photos, adding a magical touch to those memories. The roaming set they recommended was absolutely fantastic and became one of the day's highlights—our guests are still talking about it! They truly went above and beyond. After the wedding, they even made a YouTube video for our American family, singing a song they had requested but they didn't know at the time of the wedding. This thoughtful gesture meant the world to us and our family. Everyone who spoke to us about our wedding asked who Rock My Reception were, and we will definitely be booking them again for future family parties or events! Planning a wedding can be daunting, Kieran’s professionalism instilled confidence from our first contact. Nothing was left to chance for our big day which was arranged in a very short timescale due to my fathers health. Kieran communicated several times during the planning stage to ensure they fully understood our wish list and our “not” to play list. RMR played live through our entire day from greeting the guests right up to the evening finale, we had a glitch which delayed the ceremony by an hour and they kept playing without any issues. We wanted our twilight wedding to have a music festival vibe, they sounded great and looked the part, thank you so much!!!!!

Jessica and create a look were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We asked Jess to provide table centrepieces for our Emerald Ball in November. She provided a fantastic service, replied swiftly to any questions and had some great suggestions. The final look on the night and service on the day of set up was amazing. The centrepieces pulled the venue together, perfectly matching the theme. Our daughter got married in June 2024 and we were very fortunate to have been recommended Jess by Kate from our marquee company (Special Event Tipis and Marquees). We had got quite far along the DIY planning route when I realised as MOB that I wanted to be able to enjoy the wedding day and the build up to it without being overwhelmed with everything. My husband was quite sceptical at first about why we needed a coordinator as we had everything booked. This was mainly because he hadn't quite grasped what was involved, but after meeting Jess he was onboard 110% and he, like the rest of us, thinks she is fantastic and money well spent. We engaged Jess for her 'on the day management' but this is truly much, much more than just 'on the day' management and is an absolute MUST if you are having a marquee wedding. She is an experienced professional who has a very calm approach to everything. She stepped in 6 weeks before the wedding and from then on we knew we were in safe hands. She gave us much needed advice on a whole host of things and made everything run smoothly. She expertly coordinated with all our suppliers - of which there were many and all of whom were brilliant! She and her team (hello & thank you to the other Jesses) came the day before the wedding and set up the marquee. We went along to give a hand, but she had everything covered. She even had a kettle & made us all a cuppa! They came to the church rehearsal and then went back to the marquee to continue with the set up which enabled me able to spend time with my daughter and our family and friends, stress free, the night before the wedding, which is something which I would not have been able to do without her being onboard. Unfortunately, the weather on the day wasn't great . After glorious sunshine the day before, in true Lake District style, it rained on the day. We were so confident and comfortable with Jess's advice that we trusted her to her to make the last minute decision if the drinks reception would be inside or outside. She, together with Fran from Holker Hall, managed this beautifully and our guests have said that they were quite pleased it rained as it enabled them to have a look around the beautiful Holker Hall. Jess and her team were very professional and at the same time warm and friendly and it genuinely comes across how much they love their work. We had the most fantastic & fun wedding party and all our guests have said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I do believe we had the dream team of suppliers. Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. As she is a wedding expert, she gave us great tips and advice about how best to set out our day, we wouldn’t have had a clue otherwise! On the day of our wedding, everything ran to time and went perfectly and she was a very calming presence for my husband when he was getting a bit stressed out. It was like a professional production and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves - we even forgot they were there sometimes! If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. Booking Jessica Sharpe Weddings was one of our best decisions & if you are lucky enough to book her I know it will be yours too! TO JESS There are no words to actually express our gratitude. My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. We couldn't recommend Alison enough after our wedding at Thorpe Park Hotel last month - Alison was able to provide a twinkle curtain for our ceremony room (at fairly short notice!) and was absolutely amazing. Wow! Our expectations were already high from our chats and the samples we had already seen with Alison beforehand - but wow, everything far exceeded beyond what we imagined! Sometimes it can be hard to put into words what you are envisioning, but Alison had fully grasped what we were looking for and executed it amazingly on the day. Every detail was absolutely spot on. Everything was positioned well, balanced, the colour scheme as perfect, and included personal touches that made it so special to us. The actual decor itself is also high quality - our guests couldn’t believe that the floral displays weren’t real! Alison is also really easy to get on with and work with, we would recommend highly for wedding decor!

Alison did an amazing job for our wedding reception - everything looked better than we could have imagined!! Glamourpuss provided the decorations for our wedding at Wood Lane Countryside Centre last week. Sam was always quick at replying to my messages before the wedding. Sam and team were super efficient to set up and clear everything away. They set everything up as we'd asked plus made a couple of adjustments that we just wouldn't have thought of (like putting an uplight either side of the moongate). Using my husbands account hence the name. I chose Glamourpuss to dress my wedding venue after they were recommended to me. I booked them about 2 years in advance and as time went on I changed my mind about wedding decor. Changing my order was never too much trouble for them and it did not take them long to reply to any questions I had. The prices of items to hire are extremely competitive. As a business, Glamourpuss Weddings are informative and professional whilst also being friendly and approachable. I had a couple of items moved from one room to another on my wedding day and their service was so smooth that I didn’t even see them do it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding whether your budget is big or small.

When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. On the day Sian was amazing and so professional. She kept us on schedule while letting us go with the flow. We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. It was a pleasure to work with Sian and we cannot thank her enough for the huge part she played in our beautiful day ❤️

We can’t recommend Sian enough! Being able to hand everything over to her 6 weeks before the wedding was such a weight off our shoulders, and really lifted that worry of ‘oh gosh what if we forget something’! Having Sian taking care of everything also completely transformed our experience on the day - rather than having to worry about the florist coming to set up and the bar and all the other suppliers arriving, we could just get ourselves ready and enjoy the excitement with our friends and family. Rather than having to ‘host’, we got to fully enjoy our day. She is also just so lovely and kind, a wonderful person to have around on the big day!

After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up.
