The Angels really were our Angels. From concept to party we were in great hands. They developed our ideas and turned them into reality but with their own very special touch - and all within a tight budget. They listened carefully, gave advice and suggestions and created a stunning event that was spectacular in every sense of the word. Their hands on approach meant that the run up to the party was just as enjoyable as the event itself. Their unobtrusive management during the party allowed us to do just that - Party! The Angels Event delivered a truly top class party to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. Right from the planning stages they were inventive, professional and a joy to work with. We had our wedding at This Green Moon last month. If you are thinking about booking them for your special day or a party DO IT! I can't recommend them enough. Ashleigh and Paul and the whole TGM team could not do enough for us. Nothing was out of the question or too much trouble! We had a lot of heartbreak and hurdles leading up to the wedding. So I needed all the support I could get. They took all the pressure away with their expertise and calm beautiful ways. Plus have you seen the site? It's just magic 🏕️ We had a 140 plus guests with a whole range of needs and likes but they made it work with ease. The forestry trail for the kiddies was amazing giving their parents 2 hours off to boogie. The choice of drinks from the bar was incredible, the sounds systems brilliant, the staff so accommodating and clearly love their jobs. If you want an outdoor wedding but feel overwhelmed by the prospect of it book This Green Moon. They have the experience and set up, anything they don't have they know where to source it. They have a huge list of recommended suppliers, but if what your after isn't there, they will work with you to make sure you get what you're heart's desire. The weather on our wedding day was grey and damp, but in the lit up woodland haven of TGM it just added to the magic. There's plenty of covering from the elements and the fire pit in the centre of the tents kept all our guests warm whilst toasting marshmallows. I could go on and on. We highly recommend This Green Moon for weddings and events! If there were six (or more) stars we would enthusiastically give a higher rating! We held our wedding at This Green Moon in early May 2024, and we couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Ash, Paul and the team were incredible from first meeting them through to organising everything on the day. They helped us plan our day, gave really helpful insight and recommendations from their experience at other events, and on the big day made everything run so smoothly there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The whole team made our wedding so special; our friends and family are still talking about how great the venue looked, how friendly the team were and how good an atmosphere there was. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Visited for a forest full of Christmas magic, absolutely loved it from start to finish! Staff were fab, great food and drinks selection. Magical experience for the kids following the trail and the lady at the craft table was super friendly and lots of fun! Lady and gent supervising fire pit - Marsh mallows and spiced cider were very polite and friendly too! There was live music, mainly Christmas, lots of people up dancing, really lovely. A brilliant start to our festivities, thanks so much x

Karolyn was great. She turned around bespoke printing alongside full set up for a corporate event in a very short amount of time and over a bank holiday weekend!. Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. As she is a wedding expert, she gave us great tips and advice about how best to set out our day, we wouldn’t have had a clue otherwise! On the day of our wedding, everything ran to time and went perfectly and she was a very calming presence for my husband when he was getting a bit stressed out. It was like a professional production and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves - we even forgot they were there sometimes! We would highly recommended hiring Jess to coordinate your wedding, it’s a no brainer really, you can have an amazing well-put together wedding and no stress!

Our daughter got married in June 2024 and we were very fortunate to have been recommended Jess by Kate from our marquee company (Special Event Tipis and Marquees). We had got quite far along the DIY planning route when I realised as MOB that I wanted to be able to enjoy the wedding day and the build up to it without being overwhelmed with everything. My husband was quite sceptical at first about why we needed a coordinator as we had everything booked. This was mainly because he hadn't quite grasped what was involved, but after meeting Jess he was onboard 110% and he, like the rest of us, thinks she is fantastic and money well spent. We engaged Jess for her 'on the day management' but this is truly much, much more than just 'on the day' management and is an absolute MUST if you are having a marquee wedding. She is an experienced professional who has a very calm approach to everything. She stepped in 6 weeks before the wedding and from then on we knew we were in safe hands. She gave us much needed advice on a whole host of things and made everything run smoothly. She expertly coordinated with all our suppliers - of which there were many and all of whom were brilliant! She and her team (hello & thank you to the other Jesses) came the day before the wedding and set up the marquee. We went along to give a hand, but she had everything covered. She even had a kettle & made us all a cuppa! They came to the church rehearsal and then went back to the marquee to continue with the set up which enabled me able to spend time with my daughter and our family and friends, stress free, the night before the wedding, which is something which I would not have been able to do without her being onboard. Unfortunately, the weather on the day wasn't great . After glorious sunshine the day before, in true Lake District style, it rained on the day. We were so confident and comfortable with Jess's advice that we trusted her to her to make the last minute decision if the drinks reception would be inside or outside. She, together with Fran from Holker Hall, managed this beautifully and our guests have said that they were quite pleased it rained as it enabled them to have a look around the beautiful Holker Hall. Jess and her team were very professional and at the same time warm and friendly and it genuinely comes across how much they love their work. We had the most fantastic & fun wedding party and all our guests have said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I do believe we had the dream team of suppliers. As a very indecisive and unorganised couple, we needed help so put our trust in Jess. Choosing Jess as our wedding planner was the best decision we ever made and enabled us to have the wedding of our dreams! Jess is so professional, organised and knowledgeable in every single department and we are so glad we hired Jess so early on in the planning. If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. Booking Jessica Sharpe Weddings was one of our best decisions & if you are lucky enough to book her I know it will be yours too! TO JESS There are no words to actually express our gratitude. You are truly the best in the business & delivered a day that we will never ever forget & we know it would not have been possible without you. Wow! What more can I say? Vickie was so helpful from start to finish and her work is amazing. The venue was decorated so beautifully for my 40th party. I recently collaborated with Vickie on a wedding styled shoot and her styling knowledge and expertise were second to none! We met for a coffee and discussed my vision for the shoot and then Vickie ran with the idea and pulled out all the stops to create a gorgeous table scape and cake table. It was essential that we used repurposed and ethically sourced décor and Vickie didn't disappoint - she brought along homemade beeswax candles, charity shop finds and some gorgeous linen napkins. Her vision for bringing together the whole style of the shoot was amazing! Can't wait for our next collaboration!
